It’s the season for grilling! I love meal prepping my meats on the grill. Cleanup and prep is easy and my kitchen isn’t a million degrees. I added mustard seed to my honey mustard, brushed the tops of the salmon and marinate the salmon for one hour. I grilled the salmon for about 5 minutes on each side, skin side down first. Pair salmon with steamed veggies and devour! 🤤 If you’re only cooking for one like me, I tend to buy a lot of my food in bulk @grocery_outlet . I save a lot of money that way. I split the portions of the meat in half. I cook some for the week and I freeze the other half for the following week. Typically, I only do that for leaner meats. I always try to buy my meat organic and fresh. Never frozen. Happy Hump Day! It’s almost Friyay!
