I've been making a living doing social media marketing full time for almost 3 years now. I still don't have a course to teach others how to do it, though.
I've had people tell me that imposter syndrome is holding me back, that I should be out there with a whole second revenue stream as a coach or a course creator by now. But I'm not buying that.
I think people deserve better.
I'm not about creating a course before I have the experience, the time, and the passion to put into it. I'm not releasing a playbook that's only worked once, I'm releasing a playbook that has worked dozens of times. I'm not interested in being one step ahead of my students, I'm interested in being ten steps, up three flights of stairs, and past a fire-breathing dragon ahead of them.
I refuse to be a part of this created system that feeds into the hopes and dreams of vulnerable people. It is predatory and someday soon that bubble will burst. A new wave is coming, where accountability and honesty and results are going to reign supreme. And that's what I want to be a part of.
