Just to name a few ✨ I often find myself picking up my phone FIRST thing in the morning and endlessly scrolling social media..🙄 So I’m trying to create some new habits, habit number 1️⃣ Make and drink coffee not on phone either in the sun or sitting in my favourite spot. 2️⃣ @bloomapp before anything else, this sets me up for a really good day, decreases my anxiety, increases my mood. 3️⃣ drink some water, have a stretch and set myself some goals and tasks for the day. Once I’ve done these three things I will then make the decision to open social media apps if I feel like it. Maybe give it a go and see how it affects your moods ✨ Happy Tuesday beautiful people 🌱💘

I need every single one of these words as reminders today ☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻 I’m struggling, I need to do like a major reset on my eating patterns, my meal plans, realign my eating to my goals, all of it. SO I talked it over with my husband last night, since we’re only a two person household we don’t always eat at home, and that habit of laziness is allowing more and more crappy food into our lives. It’s not like we eat fast food all the time, but it’s harder to order healthy at a lot of restaurants here and very easy to say yes to an extra side of bread or sauce neither of us need. We’ve decided to commit to 30 days of NO take out. That means no grabbing dinner to go on the way home from work, no changing our minds about cooking and ordering pizza, no weekends where we barely touch the food in our cupboards. The only exceptions I’ll allow is stopping for drive thru coffee (because... coffee.) and if the power goes out. So like, emergencies only basically. 🤗 I think this will be something that works for our budget, our bodies, and hopefully the scale for me. I’ll probably start posting more of my dinners, too, since I know i’m going to have to get creative! I DID IT 🤘🏻. One of my October goals ✅ First 10K & what a success. Goal was 75 minutes, around a 12 minute pace. Finished in seven minutes in front of that with an 11 minute pace - wow, feeling SO accomplished 🏆.

Certains charge trop lourd alors qu'ils débutent. Il faut privilégier l'aspect technique des mouvements dans un premier temps. Cela évitera des blessures. Motivé comme jaja quand on débute la musculation on a tendance à passer plusieurs heures en salle tous les jours🥵 Mais un entraînement fréquent ne permet pas un repos optimal du muscle et du coup ça devient contre-productif ! . . 2ⲉ̀ⲙⲉ ⲉⲅⲅⲉⳙⲅ : Une mauvaise alimentation 🍔 . Que vous ayez comme objectif de perdre du poids, de prendre du muscle etc... , la qualité de votre nutrition sera primordiale pour arriver à vos objectifs. Oubliez-le : 70 % entrainement et 30 % alimentation (...) Killed it training with my dad @9__finger this morning(2am-4am) doing chest and arms! 💪We did a solid and ridiculous 15 sets on the bench to finishing with arms. 🤘 Did a bunch of volume training for arms and really enjoyed the cramping pump I got! 😁 Solid session overall. Working my way back quick. Last month was a big L, this month I'm bouncing back strong! 🙏
