Not gonna lie, I have been off my game the past couple of weeks. To be honest, I have been lacking motivation and energy lately. The key is to realize this is happening and make sure you don’t fall completely off.
Trust me, this happens to all the great ones and even the champions. You will never always be 100% motivated, and that’s alright. Sometimes life just takes over. Whether it’s working long hours, not getting enough sleep, not getting all of your meals in, having sore muscles, being overly tired etc.
All you have to to do is take a step back, take a deep breath, and let it all go. I have had a lot of stress and anxiety lately from work and trying to find a steady balance. Everyone goes through this, but it’s up to you to let it consume you and bring you down, or to put it all aside and rise above it.
I love fitness and bodybuilding and it will always be my passion. We all go through hard times, but that’s what makes us stronger. Don’t let your environment and circumstances consume you and shape you. Focus on what you want and the rest will all come together.
