It feels as though I’ve been hibernating for the past summer, one thing I didn’t say “f*ck it“ to was focusing on deep health.
I managed to stay deeply connected to myself and not completely lose my sh*t by staying consistent with my exercise and nutrition, nourishing my relationships and mental health and resting a ton.
I might have lost some speed, but there was no way I was gonna lose that shine✨
Deep Health, to me, means thriving in ALL areas of life.
Not just physical activity and food, not just career, but also social environments, friendships, relationships and just enjoying life to the absolute fullest.
Embracing, the good, the bad and the ugly. Knowing that all of it serves its purpose, even when we can’t seem to see it in the moment.
Whether it’s a killer workout, an amazing recipe or a few too many glasses of bubbles with loved ones, this life of ours is meant to be lived, enjoyed and loved.
