INGREDIENTI: • 250 g zucca cotta e frullata • 200 g albume • 100 g oats instant&whole @prozisitalia • 50 g oatmeal + whey bon bon @prozis • 30 g protein whey bon bon @prozisitalia • 20 g cacao amaro • 10 gocce flavdrops nocciola @myproteinit • 5 gocce Zero @eridaniaitalia •1/2 bustina di lievito . . . Monta gli albumi e mettili da parte. Unisci le farine con le proteine, setacciale e aggiungile alla zucca. Unisci il composto agli albumi, dividilo in due parti. In uno dei due aggiungi il cacao. Dividi il lievito in due parti e distribuiscilo nei due composti. Versa prima il composto al cacao in uno stampo in silicone e poi versa al di sopra il composto chiaro. Happy Monday! Today I’m sharing with you my Turmeric Latte Smoothie. Most of us know how great turmeric is for us, my favorite quality is the anti-inflammatory properties it boasts. I love to drink them warm but thought a smoothie might be an interesting change. This was an easy one to make and a yummy twist on the classic golden drink! . I adapted the turmeric latte spice mix from a recipe by @heynutritionlady ... it’s really tasty. I add extra cinnamon and vanilla powder to my recipe (DM for exact amounts). I keep the spice mix on hand, so it was an easy addition to a shake. Here’s the recipe 👇 . One pan and done! 🍝 😬 #foodvideos #bakedspaghetti #vegetarian @feelgoodfoodie ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS 1 pound spaghetti, not cooked ¼ cup olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 onion, thinly sliced (about 1 cup) 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste 14.5 oz diced tomatoes ½ cup sliced green pepper ½ cup sliced red pepper 3 cups water 2 cups marinara 2 sprigs basil, plus torn leaves for garnish 2 cups mozzarella cheese Grated parmesan cheese, for serving INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. Place the uncooked spaghetti in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add the olive oil, garlic, onions, Italian seasoning and salt. Uses your hands to gently toss and evenly distribute the ingredients. 3. Add the tomatoes, peppers, water, marinara and basil on top of the spaghetti, and toss it again using tongs to evenly coat the spaghetti with the sauce and vegetables. 4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top to cover the spaghetti. 5. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 45 – 55 minutes or until the top is browned and bubbly. 6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil and parmesan cheese. Gluten-free pancakes made from oat flour - it’s basically oatmeal in pancake form, right?! ☺️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cup oats 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 cup almond milk 1 egg 1 ripe banana 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup chocolate chips Coconut oil for cooking INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a high-speed blender, place the oats, and blend until the oats become powder-like. Add the baking powder, cinnamon and salt to the blender and pulse once to combine. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside. 2. In the same blender, add the almond milk, egg, banana and vanilla extract, and blend until well combined. 3. Add the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well incorporated with no flour streaks. Some lumps in the batter are ok. Transfer batter to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips. 4. Scoop about 1/3 cup batter onto hot pan prepared with coconut oil and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat for the remaining pancake batter. 5. Spaghetti & Meatballs 🍝🧄🥦▪︎▪︎ ▪︎ - This doesnt have to be an unhealthy meal or "treat"! It can be your during the week foodin' 🤗. Just make wee simple changes. Here i used a combination of:: ••° - Soyabean and black soyabean "spaghetti" which im sure i got from @aldiuk ✅ (also cooks soo much quicker than ordinary pasta)• °°• - Beef&Veg Meatballs from @tescofood. 63% beef and the rest mainly veg. Fried lightly for a few minutes on the outside then finished in the oven. Obviously as an alternative you can use meatfree balls 🤗• °°• - The sauce is homemade! Better than most jarred sauces that contain added sugar::> After roasting plum tomatoes, i blitzed them with a couple of sundried tomatoes and onion granules. I then added to a pot of tinned chopped tomatoes and tomato puree. While heating i added italian herbs, paprika, chilli flakes, salt&pepper , followed by 2 tsps of balsamic. Super lemony with a little crunch from the poppy seeds.. and they are gluten free as well as vegan, lightly sweetened, and packed with healthy ingredients. Just another FUN idea for yah! I love my big sandwiches with sliced bread as much as the next gal...but some days I also opt for a lower carbohydrate option! Always love throwing out these new ideas your way to spur YOUR own creativity! makes 1 serving Ingredients: 1-2 slices nitrate free bacon, cooked to your liking 4 ounces sliced, or pulled leftover turkey 1 slice gouda, or any cheese of choice one medium head of iceberg lettuce 1 vine ripened tomato 1/2 small red onion, peeled and sliced 1-2 Tbsps homemade ranch dressing Instructions: Place your lettuce on a cutting board and carefully cut 2 slices to create the lettuce buns as shown. If it feels too thick or too dense, you can remove a few of the center pieces. Slice your tomato and red onion, and get all the remaining ingredients together. To assemble: add a spoonful or two, of homemade ranch dressing on top of one side of your lettuce "bun. Top with turkey slices, cheese, tomatoes, and onion to your liking. Mushroom curry 🍄 I made this dish a while ago and it was a hit, so off I went for round 2 for today’s #MeatlessMonday 🍃Such a great recipe from @jamieoliver (“mushroom curry” on the website) - super simple, inexpensive and tasty. I tweaked it a little - olive oil instead of groundnut oil, cottage cheese instead of paneer and I doubled the amount of chili, garlic and tumeric 🌶 as Jamie would say, happy days ☺️👏

This looks such a mess 🤣 but was so delicious. I didn't have any fresh fruit to put with my oats this morning but I remembered I had a tin of pears. Add olive oil to a large stock pot and bring to medium heat. 2. Add in onion and cook for 3-5 mins or until translucent. 3. Add in celery and garlic and cook for 2 more mins. 4. Stir in sweet potato and lentils. 5. Top with vegetable broth and diced tomatoes. 6. Stir in spices and salt and pepper and bring to a boil. 7. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 40 mins. 8. Stir in kale and red wine vinegar and cook for 5 more mins or until kale has wilted. * Enjoy 😋👌

I just had to steal this @coach_jphoon🤭🤭. . For all those who ask me how I do this, Routine and Consistency😀. . Now I'm not one saying that you need to be eating at exactly the same time everyday 🕚 or the same meal🥗(although currently this is me😉) but the bigger picture routine. . My day, wake up - Girl need her coffee first, get everyone outta the house, work (all the eating happens here), home, get everyone to gym, train, home, feed everyone, prep for the next day, shower, sleep ➡️ repeat. . There's so much happening in between all of that but that is my day Mon to Fri, Saturday and Sunday are abit more relaxed. Although I know what we planning (interms of activities) by Thursday so I try to wake up early Sat (kids wake up early on wknds and refuse to wake up on week days🙈), get cooking done, get everyone to gym and the day starts. Sunday is rest day aka mealprep day😄. . Now its seems like alot but if taken in babysteps it becomes life and you find you can achieve so much more with you time. . And yes they are days when I'm like when do I rest, when do I just sit and binge. Well when that feeling becomes overwhelming🙃, i take a vacay (#girlstrip) or I will have a melt down. Its called balance❤❤❤. . Red Lentil Stew With Beets - I'm in love with this colour just as much as I am with it's flavour. 🤩🤤🌱 Ingredients (2portions): 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 medium beets, shredded 1 cup red lentils 2-3 bay leaves 1/4 tsp whole cumin seeds 1 tsp dried chives 200 g tomato puree Salt to taste 1/4 lemon, juiced Water Sauté the onions and garlic on medium heat with 3-4 tbsp water until they soften. Then add the beets, all the spices and cover with water 1 cm above the level of the lentils. Cook on medium heat until all the water is absorbed (ca 15 minutes). Then add the tomato puree, cook for 5 more minutes or until the lentils are completely soft. Finally, stir in the lemon juice. MISO ROASTED SALMON + BRUSSELS SPROUTS - are you on board the brussels sprouts revolution? This dish is quick + easy, but doesn’t skimp on flavour.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The umami miso, salty tamari, the vibrant vinegar, the richness of the oils + salmon, the sweetness from maple, the hit from the chili – it’s bloody beautiful.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ VEGAN - replace the salmon with extra-firm tofu (press between paper towel for 30 mins to remove moisture) then cut into 2-3cm thick slices + coat with the glaze, like you would the salmon (I recommend making a double batch so the tofu's well covered).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ READY IN 30 - this recipe takes 30 mins of cook time, but you can make the glaze up to a week ahead to save time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ LOW CARB - no rice. Roast up some extra brussels sprouts = YUM!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ LET'S DO IT:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ PREHEAT - turn oven to 205C / 400F.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ PREP - rinse the brussels sprouts then trim off the ends, removing any discoloured outer leaves; cut in half lengthwise.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 600 g brussels sprout⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - toss to coat with 2 tbsp evoo in a roasting pan, arranging in a single layer. Salt. Pop them in the oven + set a timer for 20 mins.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ GLAZE - mix ingredients together in a small bowl.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 tbsp sesame oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4 tbsp miso paste, red or white⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 tbsp chili paste / sambal oelek⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 tsp tamari⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ RICE - 3 cups cooked rice (brown or basmati) = 1 cup uncooked.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ SALMON - line a baking sheet with wax paper. Pat the salmon dry + lay skin-side down onto the pan. Spoon a bit of glaze over the salmon.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 500 g salmon fillets, skin-on⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - at 20 mins, pour the remaining glaze over top of the sprouts (if necessary, add a bit of water so it's pouring consistency); toss gently to coat.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pop back in the oven, add the salmon now too + reset the timer to 10 mins.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ SERVE - check your salmon. It should be soft, pink + flake easily with a fork. Plate up, pouring pan juices over top. Drizzle with lemon juice + season to taste. Enjoy!

Mediterranean Power Bowl to power through the week. Credit @shredhappens .⠀ Here is the recipe:⠀ .⠀ 1. To make this dish, I started by marinating my chicken beforehand. Adds so much flavor. I used chicken breast, but you’re welcome to use thighs (and in fact, I prefer thighs over breasts). I first pat down 1lb chicken with a paper towel, slice into strips, and put in a glass container⠀ .⠀ 2. To the chicken in the glass container I added 1/2 cup Bulgarian (or greek) yogurt, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp Greek seasoning, salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp thyme. Mix well. You can add any other seasonings you like here (lemon juice, garlic, zaatar, sumac, you name it). Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, but overnight is better.�.⠀ 3. Once the chicken was done marinating, I just cooked in a pan on medium with olive oil.⠀ .⠀ 4. While the chicken was cooking, I got a big base of baby lettuce and added some broccoli, fresh mint, sliced avocado, and some sliced mozzarella balls. Peanut Butter & Chocolate Doughnuts 🍩🍩🍩 • Happy Monday everyone! I’m kicking off the week with these babies 😻😍🤤 •⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This week is Sugar Awareness Week. It really is a little scary that hidden sugar is present in 74 percent of packaged foods in supermarkets. It's an ingredient in things that don’t seem sweet, like bread and pasta sauce. Since you don't expect them to have sugar, and labelling may not be clear, you might be completely unaware your daily sugar intake could be rather high! •⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When it comes to sweet treats I like to know what ingredients are in the ones I’m eating, so ideally I love to make them myself! These homemade @manilife_ peanut butter and chocolate doughnuts hit that sweet craving without being ridiculously high in sugar! @natvialiving is a 100% natural sweetener I use all the time in my baking as it has zero impact on blood sugar levels. #MealPrepSunday.. ahhh, the motivation, the hopes, the dreams. We plan a whole weeks worth of healthy meals and snacks.. mentally prepare ourselves that we're going to eat allll the kale and drink allll the water..🙄 . And what usually happens by Wednesday? You're drowning yourself in a bottle of wine, and eating leftover dinosaur chicken nuggets - wondering why Friday feels like a decade away. . What I found to help? Prep a little LESS on Sunday. Plan and prep lunches and snacks, and then just have a PLAN for dinners. . If you think this all sounds like too much work, I get it. So did I.🙋🏻‍♀️ . But if you have goals, if you want to live a healthier lifestyle, if you care about your health and that of your family -- you need to figure out how to make it happen. And trust…it really ain’t that hard. In the end, you’ll save money and have MORE time to do whatever tf you want during the week. . If the same old attempts that leave you in a puddle of failure by Wednesday aren't working -- you’ve got to try something new.👌🏻 . For me, a little prep has worked for 5 years. I know it like the back of my hand, and I teach it on a daily basis in our club. . Change is good and next week is gonna be DELICIOIUS!
