Richte jetzt langsam und kontrolliert deinen Oberkörper auf, während dein unterer Rücken in seiner ursprünglichen Streckung bleibt. Jetzt ist dein Oberkörper aufrecht, dein unterer Rücken leicht im Hohlkreuz und deine Arme sind fast ganz durchgestreckt. Ziehe den Griff über die Ellbogen auf Höhe der Unterbrust nach hinten. Ellenbogengelenke werden möglichst nah am Oberkörper vorbei geführt. Some stuff I ate | this week before I got sick AGAIN. 1️⃣ smoked brisket by @mlin1974, I thought it was pretty tasty, at least the point, but he wasn’t pleased 2️⃣ the kids had the brisket in Chinese buns, mine in lettuce wraps with @nocrumbsleft magic onions and avo 🥑, 3️⃣ half a Japanese purple sweet potato with a bit of ghee. I’m going back to basics with the fall weather and forgot how much I enjoy these Japanese sweet potatoes, they are drier and more toothsome, and taste almost nutty 4️⃣ breakfast for dinner at the diner, body builder omelette for me (chicken and veg), while Mr. Handsome Face had a little of everyone’s 5️⃣ snacklins - picked you a bag of these at @wholefoods during the kids’ art lesson. Cassava based - pretty tasty with a decent BBQ flavor (it’s tough finding BBQ flavor without added sugar) 6️⃣ my go to lunch, sweet potato noodles with protein and veg, this time Vietnamese beef balls (always with the tendons and gnarly stuff!!) and snow pea shoots. Plus @traderjoes chili onion crisp. That stuff is like crack. Being lean is NOT as fun as you think it is...⁣ ⁣ Ok, let me preface this by saying that I’ve been in really good shape before. I’ve had a six pack and I’ve also had muscles appear on my body that I never thought possible (thanks CrossFit 😍).⁣ ⁣ But being “lean” like all of these bikini girls, in my opinion, is WAY to romanticized. See, I was just as confident in my body when I was STRONG, eating a ton, training for fun and practicing balance. I didn’t have to be this small to feel good with myself! ⁣ ⁣ I might feel a little better putting on a tiny two piece or wearing short shorts right now, but I’m super uncomfortable. I’ve never felt so “frail” or “weak” in my life. Don’t get me wrong, having a bikini competitors body makes for a few nice pictures for the gram and the odd compliment on the streets, but is it worth feeling this exhausted to maintain this physique? Fuck no. ⁣ ⁣ I am loving this process and I’m definitely an athlete at heart so I’m embracing the pain. But far to many women look at me or other competitors on social media and glorify them solely for how they look. ⁣ ⁣ Trust me when I say that you do NOT have to be teeny tiny and ripped to feel good in your skin. Make HEALTH and WELLNESS your main pursuit, and you will find that happy place where you feel strong, confident and totally content. ⁣ ⁣ Right now? I’m completely out of balance. Everything I’m doing is for ONE goal, and that is goal has nothing to do with my health. It has everything to do with aesthetics (how I look). What I’m doing is extreme and VERY hard on the body. ⁣ ⁣ I guess what I’m saying is - EMBRACE your stage of life right now. Not happy with where you’re at physically? Don’t admire other people’s bodies on IG because you have no idea the kind of sacrifices or extreme measures they have to take to look that way. ⁣ ⁣ Instead, find a coach or a program you want to stick with. Practice discipline and have FUN chasing your goals. Also enjoy the little things along the way. I would do ANYTHING for a chocolate brownie right now... 🍫🍰🍦🍩🍪

So today was Leg Day. Went in to do my last working set on Squats, when a gent offered to take a video for me. I thought it would be a nice video of me getting a solid 8 reps. Move some weight. Look like a Beast. He offered to commentate throughout the set, so I went with it😬 The commentary is GOLD. I could only crank out 4 reps🥴 Wanted 8. Lay it on your quads while you have your knees tucked in) Standing lat pull downs Then I finished off with some slow and controlled sumo dead lifts. Didn’t have my wrist wraps, so I took that as a way to work on my grip strength Starting weight: 135 lbs End weight: 160 lbs I wanted to go light today to really focus on my grip, form and really get a good squeeze. Did these suckers about 3 sets for each time I went up. Stayed between 6-8 reps Enjoy!! ❣️🤗💁🏽‍♀️

Диета БУЧ 💪 Многие уже слышали о белково-углеводном чередовании, расскажу про свои ощущения и почему решила сесть на неё🤩 . БУЧ- представляет собой облегчённый вариант «сушки» . Чем хороша эта диета, она максимально приближена к сбалансированному питанию( чего я и придерживаюсь👌) . При классической цикличности 2:1:1 организм не испытывает потребности как белков, так и углеводов💪 . При моих 2х разовых тренировках , обмен веществ сохраняется на высоком уровне! . Именно БУЧ позволяет мне находить силы на тренировки! . Эта система питания помогает очистить организм, т.к белки и углеводы поступают по очереди и максимально усваиваются👍 Соответсвенно кожа становится более гладкой, воспаления уменьшаются, очищается кишечник🤓 . При соблюдении БУЧ- срывы не страшны! Ты кушаешь все что хочешь, но в правильной последовательности!🤲 . Благодаря БУЧ- я совершенно остыла к сладкому! И вообще нет постоянных мыслей «чем бы перекусить?! 😁» . 2 дня белковые ( 3гр белков на кг желаемого веса) и угли в этот день должны быть (1гр на кг желаемого веса) думаю тут объяснять не надо, если мне нужно поддержать 67 кг-> значит углеводов в белковые дни не должны превышать 67гр . 1 день углеводный, день когда белков должно быть (1гр на кг желаемого веса) и угли должны составлять 3-4 гр на кг И 1 смешанный день- где белки и углеводы равны ( по 2-3гр на кг желаемого веса) . Все очень просто🙌 И как я люблю говорить...ГЛАВНОЕ ЖЕЛАНИЕ!!! . Эта диета идеально мне подходит, но я не заставляю никого на неё садиться, просто делюсь свои открытиями✨😍 . Ich stamme aus keinen guten Verhältnissen. ...eher so Kategorie "erdbeerkäse"...ich bin Dankbar für jedes Stück Fleisch auf meinem Teller, denn ich weiss wie es ist von der Hand in den Mund zu leben.
