But I am sure many of you out there are like “how do I start? How can I get started?” • It is completely normal if you feel overwhelmed and have no idea what to do, but you know that you want to change something in your life! We all have been there. • So today I’ll give you some tips and tell you how I personally starred myself! Here we go 👇🏼👇🏼 1. Consider your fitness goals. Are you starting a fitness program to help lose weight? Or do you have another motivation, such as preparing for a marathon? Having clear goals can help you gauge your progress and stay motivated. 2. Create a balanced routine. A routine that fits your lifestyle and is appropriate to your level and goals. A routine includes a healthy, balanced diet, a good personal training program or activity schedule, a social and private life that is still important and essential to our experience. 3. Start low and progress slowly. If you're just beginning to exercise, start cautiously and progress slowly. No need to kill yourself, when you are insecure on how to go about it and don’t know your body yet. Take it easy, be consistent and learn! 4. Build activity into your daily routine. You heard me say that a thousand times. It is pretty much one of the most important 🔑 to success! 5. Allow time for recovery. Many people start exercising working out too long or too intensely — and give up when their muscles and joints become sore or injured. Plan time between sessions for your body to rest and recover. During recovery your central nerve system will rest and be ready to go heavy again. 6. Put it on paper and tell people. This way you can go back or be held accountable by yourself and others as well! Either this if you go by yourself or hire a personal trainer and ask for motivation help (I do it automatically with my clients always, personally). 7. Research and watch videos on how to do exercises if you are not followed by someone with extensive knowledge, that can make a plan specific for you that

Надо напомнить про его грозное проявление - диабетическую стопу, приводящую к гангрене и ампутации конечности... Ваша главная задача - улучшить кровообращение, чтобы не было застойных явлений! Особенно в сосудах нижних конечностей. Стоя на степе (ступеньке, высоком бруске), выполняем подъём на носках, пятки максимально вверх ("на цыпочки") и вниз. Не мение 20 раз! This day 🤪🙈🤘🏽 - I remember walking into NOC being so many levels of nervous. I had just placed 2nd down in Utah at a highly competitive show. I had just as big of a class here in Spokane. I remember telling my husband for the love of god if I don’t make top 5 now...😳 I definitely put a lot of pressure on myself this fall and it works for me! But by NOC I was definitely in my head. - Before prejudging while pumping up, my coach .johnson asked how my nerves were. I’m pretty sure I said “They are fucked. But I’ll be fine once I get on stage.” 🤣 I’m crazy superstitious as well, so between prejudging and finals I was dead silent. Didn’t want to talk much. Didn’t want to hear I probably took 1st. Knock on all the wood. Avoid all the ladders. Don’t knock over the salt. (In all fairness, I walked under a ladder in the way to softball practice in 8th grade and two days later broke my lower leg bones, ankle and foot stealing home base 🙈) - I remember sitting back stage waiting for finals, and _fit looking me dead ass in the face saying “Stop it. I know what you are thinking. Stop it.” 🖤 do I think I deserved the win? Of course not 🤷🏻‍♀️ Judging is different in every single class because it depends who shows up. I worked my ass off, I followed plan, and that’s the outcome! For all we know, next year I could get dead last at every show. But that’s how you grow. - I remember lining up waiting just behind the curtain with my group about to go on, pumping up like crazy because I didn’t know what else to do. I remember being called back for top 5. Someone next to me hit their front pose, so being that fucking nervous I followed, even though I have practiced my model pose a billion times. 🤷🏻‍♀️ - Doesn’t feel real hearing your name be called for 1st. It oddly still doesn’t feel that real. Stage day happens so fast, and then it’s over! The real work comes in the off season. 2019 was bomb, I’m hoping to make 2020 atomic 😉 as soon as I get through this cold that is 🤣🤧🤧

#WEDNESDAY It wasn’t leg day but I had to make sure I could still squat. Decided at the last minute to squat during my back workout after doing deadlifts and barbell rows. Did 3 sets with this last set right here of 315 going for 10 reps, SLOW AND CONTROLLED 10 reps, without a belt or knee sleeves. They moved rather well seeing as I don’t squat or do legs often. Knee felt good and didn’t feel any discomfort. I don’t show out for the gram, I actually do real workouts, real sets and don’t just try to do ish for the gram. I see a lot of people just doing it for the gram and they don’t even do real workouts or even use the right technique. But me I get it in and do it right. Just saying. Happy #humpday

My first ever 'Peak Week!' It's been an experience 😬😬. I've never pissed so much in my life, my lifting sessions feel like I'm trying to climb Everest...soo little energy! A hidratação correta, principalmente durante a prática esportiva, é essencial para um bom desempenho.
