Also got tea and snacks packed up for this evening, butter chicken (4) and rice (4) with some fruit, mousse (4) crisps (2) and chocolate stick (2). Dumanı üzerinde çok bereketli bir kurabiye tarifi ile geldim. 🥳 Bu malzemelerle 20 adet kurabiye çıktı. 🍪 Hem çay/kahve içelim, hem kurabiye yiyelim, hem de biraz sohbet edelim 🤗 Bulunduğunuz ülkede son durumlar nasıl?İsviçre'de hayat normale dönmeye başladı. Okullar, cafeler, restaurantlar açıldı. Biz ise hala evden çalışmaya devam ediyoruz ve bu durumun ne kadar süreceğini bilmiyoruz. Bu süreç bir çoğumuz gibi beni de hem olumlu, hem olumsuz etkiledi. Kendime suluboya ve çiçek bakımı gibi yeni hobiler edinmemden çok memnunum. 🎨🌸Eskiden asla çiçek bakamam diyen ben, şu an evin içinde 26 adet küçüklü büyüklü çiçeğe bakıyorum. Balkondakileri saymıyorum bile 🙈 Aşırı keyifli, meditasyon gibi bir şey benim için. Suluboya ise yine beni çok dinlendiren ve keyif veren bir hobi oldu.  Bu süreçte maalasef çok hareket etmedim ve çok sağlıklı beslendiğimi de söyleyemem. Şimdi yavaş yavaş toparlamaya çalışıyorum 🙈 Peki bu süreç sizde neleri değiştirdi? 
Fıstık Ezmeli Kurabiye

Malzemeler: (20 adet kurabiye)

1 su bardağı + 1/4 su bardağı yulaf ezmesi
1/2 su bardağı toz badem ya da fındık
3 dolu yemek kaşığı şekersiz fıstık ezmesi
1 büyük boy yumurta
6 yemek kaşığı hurma özü
1 tatlı kaşığı karbonat
1 tatlı kaşığı elma sirkesi
Bir minik fiske tuz 
İsteğe bağlı vanilya özü/tozu

Yapılışı:

Yulaf ezmesini mutfak robotunda ya da elektrikli kahve değirmeninde un haline getirin. Yumurta, fıstık ezmesi ve hurma özünü geniş bir kapta karıştırın. Üzerine un halindeki yulaf ezmesi, toz badem, karbonat, limon, vanilya ve tuzu ekleyin. Önce kaşıkla daha sonra elinizle karıştırın. Ele hafif yapışan çok koyu kıvamlı bir kurabiye hamuru elde etmelisiniz. Hamuru yoğurduktan sonra ellerinizi yıkayıp kurulayın. Hamurdan ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar alarak yuvarlak yassı şekil verin. Bu aşamada hamur temiz elinize yapışmayacak ve kolay şekil alacak. Kurabiyeleri yağlı kağıt serilmiş fırına dizin ve önceden ısıtılmış fırında 170C de 10-12 dk pişirin. Le curcuma, une épice qui nous fait du bien ✨

Le curcuma est un des principaux constituants du cari, mélange d'épices d'origine Indienne. On le sait, cette petite poudre jaune orangée colore les plats, et donne un goût se rapprochant légèrement du gingembre. 
Au delà de son bel aspect, il possède des vertus très intéressantes pour notre santé :
👉Antioxydant et anti-inflammatoire, grâce à sa constitution en flavonoïdes et en composés phénoliques, mais surtout en curcumine qui est un puissant antioxydant. C'est d'ailleurs la curcumine qui donne sa couleur au curcuma ! 🍏Tip nutrition : ajoutez un peu de poivre (selon votre tolérance) dans vos plats contenant l'épice pour décupler l'effet de la curcumine et favoriser l'absorption du curcuma ! 👉Source de fer et de manganèse : le fer participe à la fixation de l'oxygène dans les cellules sanguines, et va donc alimenter les organes en oxygène. Quant au manganèse, il participe au métabolisme du cholestérol, et protège les cellule du stress oxydatif.

Toutes ces vertus sont bien évidemment dépendantes de la quantité de curcuma que l'on consomme. 1 cuillère à café par jour ou de temps en temps sera largement suffisante pour profiter de ses bienfaits. 🙏

Sal a gosto 
4 col de sopa de azeite
1/2 limão espremido

Modo de preparo: Deixe as castanhas de caju de molho em água (até cobri-las) por 4 a 8 horas até ficarem macias. Despreze essa água.
Coloque no liquidificador as castanhas de caju e a água morna e bata bem até formar um creme. Coloque o restante dos ingredientes e bata maus um pouco.
Sirva o requeijão!

2 aboboras paulista
Azeite de oliva
3 dentes de alho picados
1 cebola grande picada
1 tomate picado sem sementes
400 g de carne seca cozida e desfiada
Sal a gosto
Pimenta do reino a gosto
200 g de creme de ricota
½ xícara de parmesão ralado
1 xícara de queijo muçarela ralado

Modo de Preparo:
Cortar a abóbora ao meio, pincelar azeite de oliva e levar ao forno por 1 hora coberta com papel alumínio, ou até ela ficar macia.
Em uma frigideira, refogar o alho e a cebola picados até ficar transparente. Acrescente 1 tomate picado.
Adicionar a carne seca.
Temperar com sal e pimenta-do-reino.
Junte o creme de ricota e o queijo parmesão ralado, Misturar bem.
Quando a abóbora estiver cozida e macia, raspe o interior da abóbora com uma colher ou garfo.
Misture a polpa, ao recheio da carne seca.
Dispor o molho dentro da abóbora e cubra com queijo muçarela.
Levar ao forno 180 graus por 10 minutos para gratinar

OATS 🥣 
50g oats @quakeroatsuk 
1 grated carrot
100g any plain yoghurt (I used low fat Greek)
100ml milk (any) @alpro 
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp mixed spice 
1tsp honey
1/2 tsp baking powder @droetkerbakes •

FROSTING🧁 
40g low fat cream cheese @philadelphia_uki 
1tsp honey
1tsp milk 
1 drop vanilla extract •

Preheat oven to 180*c / 160*c fan. Mix carrot, yoghurt, milk, spice, cinnamon, honey & baking powder. Stir in oats. Bake for 15-20mins. Whilst baking make the frosting by mixing all ingredients together. Once oats are cooked, lather in frosting 😋 top with berries & seeds of your choice! •
