Start your day with this healthy and yummy breakfast POHA by @shwetakarmali2503 INGREDIENTS : 1 cup poha, roasted peanuts, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 chopped green chillie, 10-12 curry leaves, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp turmeric powder, Pomegranate seeds(optional), Sev,2 tablespoon oil and salt as required. PREPARATION: Step 1: Put a pan on a medium flame and heat the oil. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves to it. Step 2: Now add chopped onions and chillies and saute it well. Cook until it turn golden brown. Step 3: Add turmeric powder and salt to it, saute well. Now rinse the poha from a bowl full of water and immediately add to the pan. Step 4: Saute it well. Cook it for 5 to 6 minutes. Switch off the gas. Step 5: Add curry leaves, coriander leaves and roasted peanuts to it.
