✨ Mackerel Salad Delight ✨ I literally just threw this together for lunch! I’ve never made a salad with mackerel before & this was absolutely perfect! It’s super light, satisfying & full of zest flavour! 💕🍋 ✨ Ingredients- All bought from @boothscountry ✨ Mackerel, half a tin of organic chickpeas, 1 beetroot, half a packet of asparagus, 1-2 handfuls of spinach, chilli flakes, half lemon, olive oil & a tsp of butter. ✨ Instructions ✨ Pre-heat oven on approx 200. Warm up your butter in a non-stick frying pan & lightly fry the mackerel (skin down) for a few mins until the skin is crispy. Transfer the mackerel onto a large oven dish along with the asparagus. Cook for approx 5mins. Then add drained chickpeas with sprinkled chilli flakes on top & cook for another approx 5 mins. In the meantime, chop up your beetroot & spinach & place onto your plate. Mix half lemon juice & a drizzle of olive oil into a glass. Once the food from the oven is cooked- add these to your bowl & drizzle that fresh zesty lemon dressing on top! İNCİR BÜYÜSÜ✨ Malzemeler🍽 6 adet kuru incir 1 çay bardağı süt 1/2 çat bardağı su 1/2 adet çubuk tarçın 1 avuç (badem+fındık) Üzeri için: Kuru hindistan cevizi İlk önce incirlerimizin saplarını bıçak ile kesip elimizle içini yavaşça açıyoruz. Harcımızı doldurucak şekilde açtıktan sonra bir teflon tavaya süt, su ve tarçınızımı koyup sütü ısıtmaya başlıyoruz. 1-2 dakika sonra incirlerimizi tek tek tavaya diziyoruz. Dizdikten sonra fındık ve bademimizi robottan geçirip küçük parçalara ayrılana dek çekiyoruz. Sütümüz bu sırada hafif kaynamaya başlayacak ve bir kaşıkla kaynayan sütten alıp incirlerimizin üzerine döküp ıslatıyoruz. 3-4 dakika sonra incirlerimizi tabağa alıp içlerini badem+fındıkla dolduruyoruz. Süslemek ise size kalmış ben kurutulmuş hindistan cevizi kullandım❤️

Spinatlasagne 🤤 Einfach Spinat auftauen (ich hatte 2mal Rahmspinat und einmal Würzspinat) und würzen (Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat und Knoblauch). In der Zwischenzeit Hack anbraten (bei mir Putenhack) und dann ab unter den Spinat damit. Nun im der Auflaufform eine Schicht Spinat, Lasagneplatten, Spinat und wieder Lasagneplatten und nochmal Spinat. Today, as I had a later start my #rawvegan morning will be extended till about 3/4pm. I’ve made this amazing green lemonade juice! 🤤 I picked up the recipe from a book by Joe Cross (anyone watched Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead featuring Joe?- do watch it if you haven’t!). It’s got apple, spinach, kale, celery, cucumber and lemons. I love juicing and think it’s a fantastic addition as part of a balanced diet. It’s an excellent way to get a variety of fruits and veg (and more of it) in your diet, especially if you’re not keen on certain ones. Brunch is one of my favourite occasions on a weekend and these Mexican inspired baked eggs are the perfect addition to any brunch plate! 🍽️This recipe makes 12 baked eggs and they are perfect to keep in the fridge the following day as a snack! ⁣ ⁣ You'll will be able to whip these up within 20 minutes and the recipe can easily be adapted depending on what you have in the fridge, but they are a great, delicious way to include some more veggies in your breakfasts! 🥦🥒🍆🍅🥕⁣ ⁣ What’s Inside?⁣ -3 large eggs ⁣ -30ml milk ⁣ -1 red chilli (depending on how spicy you like your food) ⁣ -1 red onion ⁣ -1 tsp paprika⁣ - 2 handfuls spinach ⁣ -1 red pepper ⁣ - a large handful of coriander⁣ -100g cheddar cheese ⁣ ⁣ Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and thoroughly brush a muffin tin with olive oil (this is really important to stop your eggs from sticking to the muffin tin…nobody wants stuck eggs!😆) ⁣ 🥚Whisk the eggs and milk in a bowl, add the paprika and season with salt and pepper. ⁣ Finely slice the onion, pepper, chilli and coriander and add to a separate mixing bowl. Grate in the cheddar cheese, add the spinach and stir well until all of the veggies and cheese are incorporated. ⁣ 🥄Evenly spoon the vegetable mix into the greased muffin tin (you will need around 1tbsp in each depending on how big your muffin tray is, the holes should be filled but leaving enough room for the egg to be added) ⁣ Fill each hole with the egg mixture to just below the top and place them in the oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. ⁣ Serve alongside your favourite brunch items or refrigerate and eat cold as an on the go snack!⁣ ⁣ What are your ideal brunch plate essentials? 🤓⁣

As promised, presenting to you one of my recipe videos based on my Middle Eastern Cooking Spree. I tasted this delicious, warm lentil salad during my holiday in Lebanon, and I was surprised at how easy it is to make despite being so rich in flavor and nutrition. Extremely low in fat and highly nutrition-dense, lentils have been a savior for vegetarians as they're one of the best ways to incorporate protein into one's diet. I've used whole "masoor" in my salad, tossed with chunky tomatoes, onions and lots of garlic. It's important to get the ratio of the vegetables, the protein and the topping right in this salad - so that with each mouthful one can taste the soft crunch of those onions paired beautifully with the juiciness of the tomatoes, the base notes of the masoor, which was boiled with a hint of cinnamon, and lastly, the saltiness of the feta with the layered taste of rocket leaves. Here’s how to make them: preheat oven to 375° Grease you muffin tin In a large bowl, mix eggs, banana, vanilla, oil, syrup and sugar. Mix well with a spatula or fork. Add all your dry ingredients, stir and then add milk, stir until it’s mixed we’ll, then fold in the raspberries. using an ice cream scooper, fill each muffin cup. bake for 15-18 minutes. 😋😋omelette sucrée pomme 🍎 cannelle et fleur d’oranger 👌👌. Un petit dej qui m’a trop bien régalé ce matin, j’ai mélangé 150g de blancs d’œufs avec un jaune,j’ai rajouté un yaourt soja ,un peu de stevia,2gouttes de flavdrops vanille, une 1/2 cuillère 🥄 de fleurs d’oranger,1/2 cuillère 🥄 de bicarbonate +vinaigre de cidre pour activer celle-ci , on mélange tout et direct dans une poêle 🍳 légèrement graissée pour éviter que l’omelette ne colle. Pour le topping une pomme 🍏 coupée en morceaux, un peu de stevia de la cannelle et on passe ça au micro onde pdt 1’50 à couvert.
