100 workouts complete! So so happy to have finished this challenge. My biggest takeaways- You can accomplish anything once you make the decision. It all starts with you mindset. Having deadlines helps a lot in fitness, even when they're sort of artificial. Fitness is ongoing and a lifestyle that shouldn't stop. but breaking it down into workout programs with a time limit really helps to stay focused. Today, I started Week 6 of my 6 week program. I'm REALLY trying to get the best results possible in 6 weeks, so having the upcoming deadline helps me stay focused with pushing hard during the workouts and with eating according to my goals (mostly). Today's workout was "Total Body Push Pull" and by the end of the 4th round, I was left gasping for breath and trying to find my life, again. The good news is that I did find it and felt great for having gotten it done! Such a great start to a Monday! Stay focused and stay on track. Setting deadlines helps!

Monday Accountability. Back after a little weekend trip with my mom and sister. I enjoyed all the things bread at dinner, cheesecake after dinner, finished cheesecake before breakfast and some 🍷 🍹. The secret to surviving the holidays is being intentional with your choices. I asked my challenge group to look at their schedule for the holidays and to come up with a plan. If you do not plan..then plan to fail. 🗓 I spaced my rest day which was suppose to be mid week so yesterday was a stretch and run day at the hotel gym and I kept my nutrition in check through the week so those few indulgences were not to going to creep into the holiday bulge and make me feel guilty. ❤️That is what Iove about my lifestyle change...not having to give up the things I love but still keeping off those 47 pounds and still being able to push forward toward my goals during the holiday season. We did a thing this weekend! I am not posting for likes or to brag! 💕Only to inspire & motivate! 💕 We finished the hardest workout program we have EVER done! ~6 Weeks, waking up between 4:30-5am, everyday...giving it more than our all! There is NO way I would go through that if it wasn’t 100% worth it! The endorphins, energy & strength you gain when pushing yourself daily! ⚡️ It’s NOT a program everyone can do, there were no modifications like our other programs have...I was nervous if I could do it!! But, WE DID! We loved it so much we are starting Round #2 on 1/1/20...that’s saying a lot! Make a plan, commit, be in control and win your days in the decade to come! Coach Liam is on duty! . . There are some days where things just don’t line up. Today life bumped my workout. Liam woke up early, he just wanted to be held, and then wouldn’t take a morning nap. It’s mornings like these that I’m so thankful for my home gym space. I get to soak in all the cuddles but still make time for myself! Making it to a gym never would have happened today! . . Getting healthy at home will always be one of my favorite things, because I get to do it with him! He sees his mom making time for herself no matter what. He sees his mom setting and crushing her goals. He sees his mom trying to be the best version of herself.

😍😍😍😍OMG!!! 😍😍😍😍 Regarde cette superbe transformation de ma grande amie!! 30 LIVRES en moins !!!!!!! Je veux souligner cet accomplissement, c’est pour moi super important. Ma belle amie d’enfance, Caroline, s’est abonné avec moi le 20 février dernier. Elle avait un objectif précis et un « why » bien à elle. La voici 10 mois plus tard avec 30 livres en moins !!!! Je suis tellement fière d’elle !! Oui elle a perdu du poids, mais elle a aussi changé ses habitudes de vie et l’énergie qu’elle dégage est très différente. Elle a travaillé fort, elle n’a pas sauté souvent de training au cours des derniers mois. Des excuses elle aurait surement pu nous en trouver une tonne. Caro a trois enfants, un travail, c’est une « hockey mom » 🏒🥅 le week-end ….une vie ultra chargée comme beaucoup d’entre nous d’ailleurs. C’est pas une pilule 💊 miracle qu’elle a pris. Elle a suivi ses calendriers d’entrainement📆, elle a modifié son alimentation🥝🍅🍌, elle a fait attention à elle….elle a changé son lifestyle. Arrêtez de croire qu’il faut passer 7 heures par semaine au gym 🏋🏻‍♂️ pour être en forme, perdre du poids et retrouver son énergie. ⚡️⚡️. 30 minutes par jour et des modifications au niveau de l’alimentation !!!! Pour des peanuts 🥜 en plus !!!!! 😂 Je sais pas ce que ca prend de plus qu’une image comme celle-là! Pourquoi toujours attendre janvier pour prendre de bonnes résolutions? Je le sais qu’il y en a de toute sorte, des propositions que tu vois passée. Mais j’y crois réellement à celle que j’ai pour toi. Pourquoi? Parce qu’elle ne vend pas du rêve (bouge plus, mange mieux, tout le monde sait que c’est la base), mais bien des outils. Parce qu’elle encourage le soutien de ton prochain, même si tu ne le connais pas personnellement. Parce qu’elle encourage une meilleure estime de soi. Et parce que ça fonctionne, tout simplement. . . I’ve never been the “girly” type — I don’t know how to do my hair up fancy, or my makeup, and fashion mostly consists of leggings and basic sweaters 🤷🏻‍♀️ — where are my girls who can relate 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ .
