Literally feel like I haven’t had much of a change since last year to now.... weight loss wise, I’ve only lost 16 pounds from last year December until now... if I would have just put in work and didn’t fuck up all the time, I would have seen more results.. HOLY MOLY!! Background: I’ve been dealing with some pretty hardcore depression lately this holiday season. It’s offset by anxiety. Depression had a hold of me for about 2-3 weeks, I couldn’t even bring myself to go to class yesterday. I made up my exams today and my anxiety is RAMPED UP! My nerve endings feel shot, on high alert, like my skin might be crawling kind of level anxiety. I went straight to change into workout clothes. Cardio to burn it off, and let me tell you. Holding up my body weight is legit, and I had to stop for a good 5 minutes. Happy ending: I earned some sweat today! I did some of the plank moves ON MY TOES!! (I used to be able to plank and burpee #likeaboss & I will have that back again one day) I wore my anxiety out for the time being, as I use other methods of meditation, starting some supplements soon, etc for long term And I am damn proud of myself because if this is my coping mechanism, because we all have them, I can live with that. And so can my body. I have no major diseases or disorders and I will fight as hard as I can to keep it that way!

This is me, learning to love all of my imperfections, one day at a time. Most days, I look in the mirror and feel so disgusted with what I see... Saturday was a different story... I literally had such a good body image day. I see this stomach if mine and know it housed 2 beautiful babies.. I see this stomach and the loose skin because of how far I’ve come on this journey.. I am finally starting to see the bigger picture with this journey and I’m realizing that I’m doing just fine. Results don’t happen over night.. some days are better than others. Shit happens. Some amazing tips shared from my company 💥💥 MEAL PREP Planning and preparation are the keys to success in a weight management program. This may require slightly more time and more effort on your part, but it will make your life so much easier. It will make you significantly more successful in your health and fitness journey! Your job for this week is to always have healthy items conveniently on hand. HERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT COULD HELP YOU WITH YOUR PREPARATION: > Plan out your meals and snacks for the upcoming week. Note what ingredients you’ll need, create a shopping list, and do your grocery shopping on that day. > Within that same day of grocery shopping, begin meal prep for the entire week. Wash, peel, and chop all raw fruits and veggies for the upcoming week. > You can put the chopped vegetables in containers so they are ready to grab and go for snacks, and when it comes time to make a meal, all you need to do is grab the ingredients and begin cooking. > When preparing meals, create extra so you have leftovers to eat for days to come. Leftovers can also make a great snack during the week. Ultimately, do what works best for you. If planning your meals out for the week, grocery shopping and meal preparation are too much for you to do in one day, then spread it out over two days. Find what works best for you, and go with it. By doing all of this preparation before your week begins, you are more apt to make healthier food choices and be more successful with this program. Healthy choices are easier to make when they’re already prepared to be eaten! If this is your first week or you are coming back to healthy eating after a hiatus, one of your jobs this week is to replace processed food with whole food. Clean out the pantry and fridge of all the things that are not allowed in this program. Keep the temptation of treats and harmful foods out of sight out of mind. Try to eat as fresh as possible, meaning you saw the vegetable or meat in its natural state at some point during your preparation. Also in week two we want you to keep track of your hydration. At the end of each day check in with yourself to see if you got enough or if you
