Sound Up to hear commentary: This post is building on the previous post that I shared from @catalystathletics I see a lot of athletes lacking either the awareness or strength in the first pulling positions to promote a good bar path. This video shows one of my favorite snatch variations to start to develop a feel of where the bar is and with what muscles you are doing most work with to keep the bar close to your center of mass. This forward jump is more obvious and I’d like to build upon this fault and corrective drill post if you find it helpful.
