1️⃣. Fuerza: Tenemos que recuperar la función y desinhibir aquellos músculos inhibidos, para ello es necesario el trabajo de fuerza con ejercicios que activen dichos músculos específicamente (video x)
2️⃣. Flexibilidad: Es muy importante flexibilizar aquellos músculos acortados y en sobrehuso (principalmente pectorales).
3️⃣. Movilidad: Los tejidos blandos pierden movilidad y flexibilidad adaptativa, por lo tanto es necesario realizar ejercicios de movilidad en aquellas articulaciones implicadas.

445 speedy warm up for sex appeal
405x7 backdown
Conventional 405x5 backdown
Was actually feeling pretty bad coming into today. Calves and hams were sore from Wednesday and didn’t know how everything was gonna go. But after from diligent warm ups I actually put some really good pulls together. 3x3 with 475 lbs. is actually a sumo volume PR after looking back at the logs. So that’s neat.
Backdowns also went very well. 405 is finally flying again and I’ll take that any day. Though this is the first time maybe ever conventional just felt way worse than sumo. Eh, can’t win em all.
Anyway, I’m just happy to be progressing. It’s been a nice few months of actually getting stronger again and every single session I find myself thankful for just being able to get stronger. Ok, time for hashtags.

Another great day at @thegrithouse. Axle press felt great, worked up to 115lbs 4x5 with one clean each set. That’s most definitely an unexpected PR, and as you can see, I was STOKED! Continued on with a light yoke at 250lbs and boy was I MOTORING! Felt like Steve McQueen 🏎 first time sled pushing and MAN does that burn no matter what. Hahaha. First set I blew through the first 100ft and then started burning up so second set I slowed down the first 100ft to find out that does NOTHING except keep you in pain for longer 😂 third set is the one shown where I went back to motoring through it as efficiently and quickly as possible. Bike or row sprints were on the menu but no bike or rower at the gym so I did suicides. Running feels way different with an extra 30lbs on me 😂 -
