They say real old school business was done on a handshake.
Just partners who work their asses off for the betterment of the company and have each other’s backs.
I wasn’t so sure about that.
Obviously, in life there are those who will backstab you and cheat you.
I was warned by every business Attourney “make sure you have everything explained out, even the bad things because you want to make sure you know what is going to happen if the partnership goes south”. To tell you the truth, @cellsparkregenerativecenters and @genesislifestylemedicine don’t have contracts.
It’s been an agreement between @brentmesser7 and I since the beginning.
We told each other what we needed and what we wanted and we have both been kicking ass and taking names since we started.
Brent even instantly got over his deathly fear of flying and has flown more in the last year than he has his entire life because we have been traveling all over the country to get these clinics rolling.
I have friends who call me asking about partners and what I think, and I tell them to just make that they are aware of their role in the partnership.
Focus on what you and your partner bring to the company and make sure they’re not exactly the same.
If your skills are both exactly the same, it will not benefit you guys to team up.
Also make sure your needs and what each partner is clearly explained and that those partners step up and do those jobs.
And in the end, Always make sure you make stupid faces when people take pictures of you.
