The Mercedes-AMG GLC63 S AMG Coupé 4Matic+ (C253) probably has one of the longest names in automotive history and is the top trim of the mid-class SUV Coupe in the Mercedes-Benz family. Being in production since September 2017, it shares the technology, platform and engine with its SUV brother.

The Lamborghini Huracán Evo RWD is the rear wheel drive version of Lamborghini's facelifted V10 sportscar Huracán. With own optics, lower weight, more power than before and being the only RWD Lamborghini at the moment, it is meant to be more fun to drive than the Evo AWD and is also the cheapest Lamborghini.

The naturally aspirated 5.2 litre V10 mid-engine is from the pre-facelift Huracán LP610-4 with 610PS and 560Nm, it is 30PS and 40Nm weaker than the AWD version. The jump from 0-100km/h takes 3.3 seconds, 9.3 seconds pass until 200km/h, after that, it keeps accelerating until 325km/h.

Because the power only gets transmitted to the rear wheels, the RWD saves more than 30 kg of weight in comparison to the Evo AWD weighing only 1389kg. The power weight of 2.27kg/PS is very close to the Huracán Evo AWD (2.22kg/PS). To keep both car and passengers save, Lamborghini developed a new stability system called P-TCS that lets the car drift better and catch it up if it comes into a dangerous situation. Then, it reduces the torque transmission to the wheels to avoid spinning. Another cool feature is the display in the center console that was firstly introduced in the Centenario in 2016. It can be connected with amazon Alexa to support the driver.

The Huracán Evo RWD is in production since January 2020 and costs 159,443€ which is almost 60,000€ under the Evo AWD.

The Mini John Cooper Works GP is the strongest Mini Cooper ever and joins the traditional "Grand Prix" models marking the top of every Cooper generation. The delivery of the just 3000 cars started in March 2020 and still goes on. The 3rd GP model uses a turbo engine from the brand mother BMW. The 2.0 litre inline-4 turbo engine delivers 306PS and 450Nm to the front wheels to accelerate the pocket rocket in just 5.2 seconds from 0-100km/h. The top speed is, according to Mini, 265km/h and not limited, but independent tests have revealed top speeds of 280km/h and more. Even though Mini gets heavily criticized for making its cars heavier and heavier, the GP goes in the other direction. Through the loss of the rear seats that have been replaced by an aluminium-made stabilization bar and several new designed parts, it weighs 1255kg which leads to a power weight of 5.6kg/PS. The Mini JCW GP is special through many details and additional parts that can only be seen on sportcars. The most conspicuous is the rear wing that is fixed and finished in red contrast colour. The two exhaust pipes each have a diameter of 9cm and are real, in contrast to many other competitiors mainly from the luxurious brands. The side panels are made out of carbon fiber waste that accumulates at the peoducrion lines of the carbon-made chassis of the BMW i3 and i8. On the front panel the car's number (reaching from 001-3000) is printed, they were needed because of wider axles. Some new 18"- wheels save weight, are designed as the wheels of eaelier GPs and look very cool. The shifting paddels come out of an 3D-printer. The acceleration will take 2.8s according to McLaren, even though we can expect even better numbers with the "standard" 720S needing only 2.7s in independent tests. 0-200km/h takes 7.2s, a number no other car in its class can even nearly reach. Due to more downforce producing parts, the top speed sinks to 330km/h because of more air resistance. McLaren is known for all its cars being extraordinary light, but the 765LT even tops all its predecessors. It only has 1339kg of kurb weight which leads to just 1.75kg/PS with the main rivals coming just under 2kg/PS. The 765LT is 80kg lighter than the 720S. For that extreme reduction, all around the car parts were removed or changed. The distinctive exhaust system with its 4 pipes is made out of titanium, the windows are out of polycarbonate. Many parts are made out of carbon, for example the new vents over the front wheels. The new rear wing resembles the one of the predecessor 675LT and a huge diffusor is placed under the rear. For even more weight reduction, the customer can quit on the air conditioning and the sound system. The McLaren 765LT is made to break new limits, some even expect it as new record holder on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. If a lucky customer can get one of the 765 units that aren't all sold yet, he has to pay at least 335,000€. Being built from 2009 until 2020, the Mulsanne was built in several variations as succesor of the Bentley Arnage. The Mulsanne is in production since July 2010 and got a minor facelift in 2015 which didn't change the performance data but converted the engine to fulfill the Euro 6.

The 6.75 litre V8-biturbo front-engine was firstly introduced in the 80's when it was naturally aspirated. The engine is designed to deliver much torque at very low revs. 513PS and 1020Nm are delivered by an 8-speed AT from ZF. The power only gets delivered to the rear wheels, the acceleration from the variation with long wheelbase takes 5.5s from 0-100km/h which is 0.2s slower than the standard Mulsanne. The top speed is unlimited 296km/h.

We don't have to talk about performance driving abilities because we know that luxury cars are heavy. The Mulsanne EWB weighs at least 2730kg which is the weight of 2 VW Golf VII. The power weight of 5.32kg/PS is similar to an average Hot Hatch.

Every Bentley is hamdcrafted in Crewe, United Kingdom where Bentley's headquarter is. 400 hours of work flow into a Mulsanne, already 150 hours are needed for the handcrafted leather interior. The McLaren 570S is a member of McLaren's entry level called "Sports Series" and in production since October 2015. In August 2017 also started the production of the 570S Spider. The 570S will be replaced next year by a V6-hybrid successor whose mule is already out for testing. The 570S still got the 3.8 litre V8-biturbo mid-engine with 570PS and 600Nm. The engine pushes the power via an 7-speed DCT on the rear wheels. 0-100km/h are done in just 3.2s, after 9.5s the 570S reaches 200km/h and the top speed is unlimited 328km/h. McLaren is always focused on lightweight technology, that's why it seems ironic that the 570S is with its 1440kg more than 150kg heavier than a stronger 720S. Nonetheless, the weight is better than its competitors and the power weight of 2.53kg/PS is good, too. The 570S features an unique design language that can clearly be differentiated from other McLarens. An example are the triangular exhaust pipes. The 570S was made to be more useful and daily-proof than the 650S/720S. In the Sport Series, several variations of the standard model exist. The 540C is the cheapest entry model, the 570GT has a trunk over the engine and the 600LT and 620R are more track-focused. This 570S is fitted with MSO parts (=McLaren Special Operations) such as the rear wing. MSO gives the customer the opportunity to customize his car without any limits. The Mercedes-AMG GT R is the most extreme variation of the GT family beside the more track-focused GT R Pro and the upcoming GT R Black Series. It is in production since March 2017 and got a small facelift in the beginning of this year including new front- and taillights and a full-digital cockpit. The BMW Z8 (E52) is a sportscar cabriolet to follow the legendary BMW 507 and was built from March 2000 until July 2003.

The engine comes directly from the BMW M5 E39 and is a naturally aspirated 4.9 litre V8 front engine. Even the 400PS and 500Nm are equal to the M5's power specifications. 0-100km/h are done in 4.7s, the top speed is electronically limited to 250km/h. The power gets transmitted by a manual 6-speed gearbox to the rear wheels. 
With a weight of 1660kg, it's not a really light member of its class, as an comparison: a brand new BMW M340i with 374PS only weighd 80kg more and is a 4-door sedan for daily life. Nonetheless, one can't complain about the power weight of 4.15kg/PS, because the Z8 is a cruiser, not a racecar.

The similarity to the BMW 507 can clearly be seen (compare with the last picture). The wide and short kidney grille, the chrome openings behind the front wheels and the side silhouette is clearly an hommage to the 50s-roadster. Responsible for the design is Henrik Fisker who founded his own sportcars company only a few years later. The taillights are similar, too, the wide, narrow lights are made with Neon technology. In the diffuser are big holes where once were the exhausts of the standard R8 Performance, now the exhausts are in a grid between the taillights.

Because theoretically everybody could by one, Audi already announced official prices. The Porsche 911 991.2 GT3 is one of the last naturally aspirated 911 models and the weakest track-focused variation of the facelift 991. The 991.2 GT3 was only built in 2017 and 2018. The most unique feature is the naturally aspirated inline-6 engine Porsche uses in the 911 since the beginning.

The 4.0 litre Inline-6 rear-engine now has the 500PS and 460Nm of the pre-facelift 991.1 GT3 RS. The buyer can choose again between a 6-speed manual transmission or the 7-speed PDK (a DCT) to bring the power to the rear wheels. In just 3.4s, the car reaches 100km/h and goes on until 318km/h making it the fastest road-legal GT3 including the GT3 RS's.

It is no secret that cars are getting heavier and heavier, and so do the GT3 cars from Porsche. The 991.2 GT3 weighs 1430kg which is 80kg more than the first GT3, the 996 and also makes it the heaviest GT3 ever together with the 991.2 GT3 RS and the 991.1 GT3 which weigh the same. Still, the power weight of 2.86kg/PS is unbelievably good for its class, a better power weight can only be achieved by much more expensive cars. 
Weight was saved with technological innovations from the motorsport like the center-lock wheels in the typical GT3 design known from the GT3 RS, GT2 RS and Cayman GT4. Characteristical mid-positioned exhaust pipes are a sign for the GT3 since the 997. Under the fixed rear wing are big air inlets for the engine. The McLaren 600LT is the most extreme variant of McLaren's "entrance cars" named Sports Series and the 3rd longtail car from McLaren after the infamous F1 GTR LT racecar and the 675LT. The Coupe is in production since October 2018 and will be available for only one year. The McLaren 600LT shares its engine, a 3.8 litre V8 biturbo mid-engine, with the 570S/540C, but with slightly more power. 600hp, as the name already tells, and 620Nm are pushing on the rear wheels and are transferred by a 7-speed double clutch transmission. But that's not a problem, 2.9s from 0-100km/h and 8.2s from 0-200km/h is equal or even better in comparison to its competitors. 328km/h of topspeed is also a very good worth. With its kerb weight of 1356kg, it probably sets a benchmark for V8 mid-engine sportscars and can exhibit a power weight of only 2.36kg/hp. Apart from that, the McLaren 600LT is a very special car with lots of unique features. The one the most obvious are probably the exhausts which are not placed in the rear but on the top of the tail. Because it is right behind the engine, you can often see flames shooting out at high revs. For this unique feature, the middle part of the fixed rear wing is coated with fireproof material. Due to the missing exhausts in the rear, the diffuser now is even extremer for even more downforce, so as the other aerodynamic parts. The 812 Superfast features some very impressive improvements such as the all-wheel-steering system out of the F12 TdF. As one of the first Ferraris, the 812 has a separate display for the passenger on the dashboard that shows speed,  rotational speed and the gear.

Possibly, the 812 Superfast is the last unlimited Ferrari to feature a naturally aspirated V12, that's why the price of 282,934€ is largely accepted for the emotional car the 812 is. Additionally, the 812 is only 14,000€ over the F12 berlinetta with less power and technical features.

The Aventador LP700-4 Roadster has been built as succesor of the Murciélago Roadster, the production stopped at the end of 2016 when the LP700-4 Roadster got replaced by its facelift, the Aventador S Roadster.

The engine is an evolution of the naturally aspirated 6.5 litre V12 mid-engine from the Murciélago that still can be found in all Aventadors. The name says it all, 700PS and 690Nm push on all four wheels and get transmitted by a 7-speed sequential transmission. Even the heavy Roadster accelerates in just 2.9s from 0-100km/h, 0-200km/h are done in just 8.6s. The top speed is electronically limited to 350km/h.

The engine, the drivetrain and the roof system are very heavy even though the roof mechanism only weighs 50kg more. But 1625kg are more than its competitors, nonetheless the power weight of 2.32kg/PS is still very good for a cabriolet.

The roof consists out of two carbon parts that each weigh only 6kg and fit in the front trunk. Because the roof is removable, the Roadster's chassis had to be stiffer for the crash safety. Moreover, the engine cover is new designed. Both, Roadster and Coupe, have an interior that is inspired by a jet fighter's interior. Both variants have scissor doors like the succesor Murciélago, on the side of the engine there are two extendable cooling openings. Instead of a fixed rear wing there's an active aerodynamic system consisting out of the cooling openings and an extendable wing.

Even though the Aventador LP700-4 is not limited, the Roadster is almost as expensive as the limited special editions, it starts at 374,104€ which is almost 40,000€ more than the Coupe.

The Mercedes-AMG E63 S AMG T Estate S213 is Mercedes' largest power estate and was the strongest AMG ever until 2018. It is available either as estate or sedan since March 2017 and is most likely going to get a facelift soon just as the standard E-Class.

The engine is very well known and can be found in many AMGs, the 4.0 litre V8-biturbo front engine was firstly seen in the AMG GT, but got heavily optimized over the last few years and now delivers 612PS and 850Nm. This is the first E63  only being available with the 4Matic system that helps together with the 9-speed AT to accelerate the E63 S T in just 3.5s from 0-100km/h which is just 0.1s slower than the sedan. The top speed is electronically limited at 250km/h but can be expanded to 300km/h with the additional AMG Driver's Package.

The E-Class was never a really light car and the E63 is even heavier due to the heavy engine and the AWD system. With 2070kg it is about as heavy as a comparable Audi RS6 Avant C7 and has a power weight of 3.38kg/PS.

The Bentley Bentayga V8 Diesel is the only diesel-powered model from the traditional manufacturer. It is based on the same platform as other big SUVs of the Volkswagen company like the Audi Q7/Q8, VW Touareg, Porsche Cayenne and others. The Bentayga is Bentleys first SUV, the Diesel variant is available since February 2017. Not only the platform but also the engine isn't developed by Bentley, the V8 diesel engine can also be found in other cars like the Audi SQ7 and SQ8 or in the VW Touareg.

The 4.0 litre V8-biturbo front engine with 435PS may not be the strongest Bentley, but the 900Nm of torque are equal to the petrol-powered Bentaygas and to the Continental GT W12. The top speed of 330km/h is 3km/h lower than the 650S due to more downforce.

McLaren managed to reduce the weight by 100kg in comparison to the 650S, the power weight is just 1.97 kg/PS which is extraordinary. The weight reduction was possible with a new exhaust system, carbon flics in the front and new front inlets for bettet cooling. A new rear wing leads to more downforce. With the 675LT, McLaren introduced 675-only new wheels and five standard colours, this car is finished in silica white which is one of them. Apart from this five, there are many colours by MSO that could be used on the 675LT.

The colour is not from MSO, but many car parts are, just like the carbon mirrors, air inlets, the steering wheel, the roof and the roll bar. Apart from that the interior is finished in red and black alcantara and leather.

The power weight of 1.9kg/hp is still quite good. This Veyron Grand Sport features some extras like the radiator grille in "mirror shine", black calipers and side mirrors in polished aluminum. For 70,000€ more, this car got the suspension of the stronger Grand Sport Vitesse. The car is foiled and normally finished in a duo-tone livery of Sprint Blue Pearl in partly metallic and satin. Since the facelift, the RS6 Avant weighs 2025kg which is 15kg heavier than the pre-facelift due to the Euro 6 conversion. That leads to a power weight of 3.62kg/hp. As all RS models, the RS6 Avant features the typical RS parts as the 2 big and round exhaust pipes, the "quattro" weiting in the radiator grille and the optional carbon composite brakes. The 3.8 litre inline-6 boxer engine is still naturally aspirated, even though most 911 variants are turbocharged now. The maximum power output of 450hp and 430Nm is delivered to the rear wheels, the 997 GT3 RS was the last generation that was only available with a manual 6-speed clutch.

In just 4.0 seconds, the 997 GT3 RS accelerates feom 0-100km/h, the top speed lays at 310km/h. The GT models from Porsche are known for lightweight purism, and the 997 RS is no exception, with a weight of only 1370kg leading to a power weight of 3.04kg/hp.

The rear is 44mm wider than the standard Carrera's rear. The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ (short for SuperVeloce Jota) revives the Jota name that firstly was used by the Miura SVJ, a one-off track car. The Aventador SVJ is the succesor of the Aventador SV LP 750-4 and the hardcore variant of the Aventador S. The production of the 900 cars started in March 2019 and is still going on. The Aventador SVJ is also available as Roadster, which is limited to 800 units.

The Aventador SVJ with 770hp and 720Nm from the well-known naturally aspirated 6.5 litre V12 mid-engine is the strongest Aventador ever and was firstly seen in the Centenario. In just 2.8s it accelerates from 0-100km/h and  needs 8.6s from 0-200km/h. The Aventador SVJ's top speed is limited to 351km/h.

The weight of 1525kg is equal to the predecessor Aventador SV, the power weight lays at 1.98kg/hp. 
The SVJ features an optimized version of the ALA system, known from the Huracán Performante, that manipulates the air for better stability and handling. With this system, the Aventador SVJ became fastest production car on the Nürburgring Nordschleife with 6:44,97min, but was soon beaten by the Porsche 991 GT2 RS MR. It also has all-wheel-steering as the Aventador S and the same 7-speed sequential transmission as all new Lamborghinis.

The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ costs at least 419,602€, but all cars were sold before the production even started.

The name TdF is short for Tour de France and pays hommage to it, the production is strictly limited to 799 units that left the factory in 2016 and 2017. It follows the 599 GTO in the line of high performance Gran Turismos. 
The naturally aspirated 6.5 litre V12 front engine is the same as in the standard F12 Berlinetta being even more powerful with maximum 780hp and 705Nm. The acceleration from 0-100km/h takes only 2.9s, 0-200km/h needs 7.9s. The topspeed is 340km/h which is the same as the standard F12 due to more downforce.

With the use of lightweight materials, Ferrari managed to reduce the weight of the F12 TdF in comparison with the standard F12 by 110kg, now it only weighs 1520kg. The power weight of 1.95kg/hp is better than any version of the main competitor, the Lamborghini Aventador. Somehow Ferrari still was able to get the succesor of the F12, the 812 Superfast, an even better power weight of 1.91kg/hp.

The F12 TdF was the first car to use the new all wheel steering that can be found in the 812 Superfast. A new front out of carbon is standard, just like the air passage in the front fenders and air outlets on the rear fenders. The chromium fuel cap is unique as the carbon bond between the taillights. New 10 spoke rims are only available for this limited edition, just like the optional stripe on the car. This car is finished in Giallo Stripo with an optional three-part stripe.

The BMW M2 Competition is the succesor of the pre-facelift M2. It was the most powerful 2 series until the unveiling of the M2 CS that hasn't hit the road yet. The M2 Competition is in production since September 2018 and was introduced with the facelift and then replaced the standard M2. The engine comes right out of its bigger brother, the BMW M4 F82.

The 3.0 litre Inline-6 biturbo front engine is called S55B30 and a bit weaker than in the M4 with a maximum power output of 410hp and 550Nm. It is available with manual or automatic transmission, the 7-speed DCT brings the power to the rear wheels and helps the M2 accelerating in 4.2s from 0-100km/h. The topspeed is electronically limited to 250km/h, with the optional M Driver's Package it runs limited 280km/h.

The M2 Competition weighs 1625kg which is a bit over the average of its size and competitors, but the power weight of 3.96kg/hp is equal  due to the strong engine.

The Lexus RC F Track Edition is the track-focused brother of Lexus' latest sports coupe. It is in production since April 2019 and not limited.

The engine is the same as in the standard RC F, the naturally aspirated 5.0 litre V8 front engine has a power output of 463hp and 520Nm. That's enough to accelerate in 4.3s from 0-100km/h and in 16.0s from 0-200km/h, the topspeed is electronically limited to 270km/h. The power flows through a 8-speed automatic gearbox to the rear wheels.

Through the use of many carbon parts, the RC F Track Edition weighs only 1726kg which is 114kg lighter than the standard RC F. The roof, the hood, the fixed rear wing and the diffuser are made out of visible carbon. The brakes are lighter, too, because they are Brembo carbon composite brakes. A rear axle differential, the special forged 19-inch-rims, a titanium exhaust, a launch control and sport seats are part of the 24,500€ Track Edition Package.

The standard RC F is already a japanese muscle car that starts at 82,350€, but the Track Edition is even more extreme, but of course also more expensive with 106,850€ which are very similar to its german competitors.

The Lexus RC F Track Edition is the track-focused brother of Lexus' latest sports coupe. It is in production since April 2019 and not limited. The engine is the same as in the standard RC F, the naturally aspirated 5.0 litre V8 front engine has a power output of 463hp and 520Nm. That's enough to accelerate in 4.3s from 0-100km/h and in 16.0s from 0-200km/h, the topspeed is electronically limited to 270km/h. The power flows through a 8-speed automatic gearbox to the rear wheels. Through the use of many carbon parts, the RC F Track Edition weighs only 1726kg which is 114kg lighter than the standard RC F. The roof, the hood, the fixed rear wing and the diffuser are made out of visible carbon. The brakes are lighter, too, because they are Brembo carbon composite brakes. A rear axle differential, the special forged 19-inch-rims, a titanium exhaust, a launch control and sport seats are part of the 24,500€ Track Edition Package. The Aston Martin DB11 Volante is the drop-top variant of Aston Martins Gran Turismo and available since March 2018. As the succesor of the DB9 Volante, it is one of three Volantes that can be found in Aston Martins showrooms and is focused on luxury and individuality.

The engine isn't that individual though, as we know it well as M178 from Mercedes-AMG that is available in almost every AMG. The 4.0 litre V8-biturbo front engine delivers 510hp and 675Nm which is the same power output as in the current Vantage. The power is transmitted by an 8-speed AT to the rear wheels and accelerates the DB11 in 4.1s from 0-100km/h. Due to the fabric roof it won't go any faster than 300km/h making the Volante just as fast as the coupe.

Even though the smaller V8 engine saved 115kg in comparison to the V12-biturbo that can be found in the coupe (not available as Volante), this roadster weighs only 5kg less than a V12 coupe because of the complicated roof system, 1870kg lead to a power weight of 3.67kg/hp. That is acceptable because of the luxurious interior that causes a lot of this weight, the power weight is better than a comparable Bentley Continental GT V8 (3.94kg/hp). The DB11 was the first car that  benefitted from the agreement between Aston Martin Lagonda and Mercedes-Benz because it is the first car to use the V8 but also the Comand System. Now, this system can be found in every Aston Martin except the hypercar Valkyrie.
The DB11 V12 and V8 are very similar, the only difference that can be made between them from a look on the outside is the front hood. The V8 features two air outlets on the sides of the hood, the V12 has 4 air outlets. Further, the V8 has darker headlights.

By virtue of all this exclusicity, the DB11 Volante has its price. The unlimited Volante costs at least 199,000€ which is 15,000€ over the coupe but still is under comparable competitors.

The Mercedes-Benz GLS63 AMG 4Matic is the biggest AMG that has been produced without limitation. Since November 2015 the GL was available as the facelift named GLS and will soon be replaced by the new GLS63 AMG.

The engine is not unknown, the 5.5 litre V8-biturbo front engine could be found in other cars like the E63 S AMG (W212) and delivers 585hp and 760Nm. Due to the size and weight, it still needs 4.7s from 0-100km/h, but with the Driver's Package it is limited at 270km/h instead of 250km/h. All AMG SUVs are all wheel drive, and the GLS63 is no exception. The 7-speed AMG Speedshift was only part of the older AMGs, now they are using 9-speed transmissions.

The GLS63 is one of the heaviest AMGs that ever left the factory, lots of luxury features, the big engine and room for up to 7 people take their tribute and make the GLS weigh 2580kg, the power weight of 4.41kg/hp can only be reached with the powerful engine, but nonetheless it is on the same level as modern hot hatches.

The GLS63 is one of the last AMGs to use an other grille than the panamericana grille, but the succesor will have it. The four trapezoidal exhaust pipes are common for the 63 AMG models. Further, the GLS63 AMG has bigger rims, a new AMG steering wheel and sport seats.

The name is leaned on the power output of the engine, following the 720S's predecessor 650S whose production ended just 2 months before the one of the 720S begun. It also marked the beginning of the new design language of McLaren that can also be found on the Senna.

The usual 3.8 litre V8-biturbo mid-engine generates now even more power, 720hp and 770Nm. Transmitted by a 7-speed-DCT, it just needs 2.9s from 0-100km/h and does the 0-200km/h in 7.9s, making it one of the fastest accelerating, not limited sportscars ever. The acceleration goes on until the top speed of 341km/h and is the same as the coupe.

Because of the very light carbon monocoque is the 720S, as all McLarens, one of the lightest cars compared with its competitors, weighing only 1332kg. With the 720hp, it has a power weight of just 1.85kg/hp, that is similar to the power weight of the infamous McLaren F1.

The McLaren 600LT is the most extreme variant of McLaren's "entrance cars" named Sports Series and the 3rd longtail car from McLaren after the infamous F1 GTR LT racecar and the 675LT. The Coupe is in production since October 2018 and will be available for only one year. The McLaren 600LT shares its engine, a 3.8 litre V8 biturbo mid-engine, with the 570S/540C, but with slightly more power. 600hp, as the name already tells, and 620Nm are pushing on the rear wheels and are transferred by a 7-speed double clutch transmission. But that's not a problem, 2.9s from 0-100km/h and 8.2s from 0-200km/h is equal or even better in comparison to its competitors. 328km/h of topspeed is also a very good worth. With its kerb weight of 1356kg, it probably sets a benchmark for V8 mid-engine sportscars and can exhibit a power weight of only 2.36kg/hp. Apart from that, the McLaren 600LT is a very special car with lots of unique features. The one the most obvious are probably the exhausts which are not placed in the rear but on the top of the tail. Because it is right behind the engine, you can often see flames shooting out at high revs. For this unique feature, the middle part of the fixed rear wing is coated with fireproof material. The Koenigsegg CCX is one of the fastest cars of its time and well known for extraordinary power, speed, acceleration and price. The name stands for "Competition Coupe X", the X representates ten years since the CC prototype. Still, there aren't many examples of this version, only 20 cars left the production in Ängelholm, Sweden between 2006 and 2010. The CCX is the evolution of the first Koenigseggs CC8S and CCR and the first to use an engine completely developed by Koenigsegg. The 4.7 litre supercharged V8 mid-engine seems pretty similar to the earlier used Ford engine, but the 817hp and 920Nm aren't everything to get out the new engine, in the top trim CCXR Trevita, Koenigsegg gets 1032hp and 1080Nm out of it. After 3.2 seconds, it already reaches 100km/h what is impressive when one takes a look on the manual (!) 6-speed clutch that still found its way into the hypercar. Further, all Koenigseggs use a rear wheel drive system, so all the power punish only two tires. Known for lightweight and self-built carbon chassis, the CCX is a true Koenigsegg weighing only 1280kg. That means that every hp only has to move 1.57kg. Koenigsegg used the CCX to introduce many technical and optical optimizations. Apart from the engine, the front bumper and the head- and rearlights were redesigned.. The chassis got bigger and the roofline was elevated. Also, the CCX is the first Koenigsegg to fulfill the environmental and safety regulations of the United States making it also the first car of the brand to get legally registered in the USA. That technical masterpiece that also satisfies the luxurious demands is very expensive. A massive and fixed rear wing can be found, further it features lots of equipment that is only available for extra money on the standard cars, like the carbon-ceramic breaks and the rims. The M4 GTS once was the first street-legal car to use OLED rear lights which today can be found on many cars.

The aero parts of the M4 GTS, more exactly the front splitter and the rear wing can be adjusted in three aerodynamical configurations, but only the softest is street-legal. The others are only allowed to use on the track.

The McLaren P1 is the first hypercar of McLaren and was first unveiled in 2013. The first of the 375 cars were delivered in October 2013 and the last cars left the factory in Woking in December 2015. The name is a tribute to Formula 1, where McLaren once started. P1 is short for place one, the pole position and the winner. 
Its mid-engine 3.8 litre V8 biturbo is already known from the MP4-12C, but now with much more power: 737hp and 720Nm. It is also supported by an electric engine making 179hp and 260Nm. In the electric mode, the P1 can drive 11km without the petrol engine. But for the maximum power possible, 916hp and 980Nm of torque, the two engines have to work together.

Then, the P1 jumps in just 2.8s from 0-100 km/h, in 6.8s from 0-200 km/h and in 16.7s from 0-300 km/h. The P1 is electronically limited at 350km/h.

The P1 uses the McLaren-typical carbon chassis named monocoque which includes parts such as engines, passengers, transmission and much more. The monocoque is known for being very light and stiff.

For those clients in whose opinion the P1 isn't extreme enough, McLaren created the track-only P1 GTR with massive 1000hp and an even bigger wing. With Lanzante Motorsports, they presented the even stricter limited P1 GT in 2018, which combined more length, the power of the P1 GTR and the road legality of the P1.

A new P1 once costed 1,100,000€. The Ferrari 488 GTB breaks Ferrari's long tradition of naturally aspirated V8 mid-engine sportscars. Since September 2015 the 458's succesor is in production. The design is quite similar to the 458 Italia but with many optimization lent from the infamous LaFerrari. In 2019, the 488 GTB got replaced by the F8 Tributo that uses technology and engine of the 488's performance-oriented variation 488 Pista.

The engine generates, due to the biturbo charging 670hp and 760Nm out of 3.9 litres which is half a litre less than before and 65hp and 220Nm more than the strongest 458, the Speciale.

With its optimized rear wheel drive system, the 488 accelerates in 3.0s from 0-100km/h and in 8.3s from 0-200km/h which is 0.2s and 0.8s faster than the 458 Speciale even though they both use the 7-speed DCT that can be found in other cars like the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG.

Ferrari managed to make the 488 10kg lighter than the 458 thanks to lightweight materials, but its 1475kg aren't even getting close to the 458 Speciale's 1290kg. The 2.20kg/hp are quite alike the Huracán Evo and the Aventador S which are the competitors from Lamborghini, but are far away from the McLaren 720S' 1.78kg/hp.

You expected it, the 488 GTB of course also outdoes the 458 Italia on the price tag. The 215,683€ go 18,000€ beyond the 458, the 488 Spider costs even 228,368€ and the 488 Pista starts at 287,186€ making it about 100,000€ more expensive than the 458 Italia.

Because it is based on the GT3 Touring, the Speedster uses the same naturally aspirated 4.0 litre flat-6 boxer engine which is one of the last of its kind, its 510hp and 470Nm ate 10hp and 10Nm stronger than the GT3. The acceleration from 0-100km/h takes 4.0 seconds and 12.2s from 0-200km/h. The topspeed is an unlimited 310km/h.

The Speedster is special because of its purism, it is completely driving-oriented what can easily be seen at the steering wheel which does not have any buttons on it, the missing heated seats and of course that the Speedster is only available with manual transmission. The navigation system can be ordered but is not necessarily built in.

Nonetheless, many GT3 parts can be found all around the car. The while front is a GT3 (also RS) part, the suspension, the engine (as already said), the transmission, the rims and the exhaust system are all lent from the GT3 models.

This car has been heavily customized, after its delivery the owner installed many carbon parts, a new exhaust system and new Vossen wheels.

Everybody has to decide flr himdelf if this is a good treatment, because the price of the 991.2 Speedster is only outdone by the GT2 RS. At least 268,274€ have to be paid, and this car features among other the Heritage Package for 21,634€ with retro livery, golden 'Speedster' writing and the old logo.

The Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6 is the company's largest offroad vehicle and was manufactured from 2013 to 2015 in Austria. The special feature is without doubt the 3rd axle and the big pickup trunk. It is based on the G-Class W463 and uses its engine.

It is a 5.5 litre V8-biturbo front engine with 544hp and 760Nm. The car is also fitted with the usual 7-speed automatic transmission which now just has to power all three portal axles. 0-100km/h needs 7.9s which is probably the slowest acceleration ever named on this page. The reason is the 6x6's focus on offroading where it can reach almost the street top speed of 160km/h.

Additionally, the Unimog technology brings even more weight in the already very heavy G-Class. The curb weight of 4105kg is that high that you need a truck license to move the car on its origin roads in Germany, the power weight of 7.55kg/hp sounds more like a Honda Civic than a high-performance AMG car but the 6x6 has its reasons. Unlike any other G-Class, the 6x6 features a compressor to actively regulate the tyre pressure dependent of the surface it's friving on. In less than 20 seconds, the car can change from dessert ground to a regular street.

AMG never made any clear statements about how many cars have left the production, insiders talk about 120-140 cars. The VW I.D. R Pikes Peak is the record breaker by Volkswagen to show that electric cars can be just as sporty and exciting as petrol cars. VW uses the I.D. R as an advertisement for its electric cars of the near future starting with the I.D. 3. The I.D. R isn't following any racing series reglement and obviously isn't road legal. 
Of course, the car doesn't share any parts with the street-legal models apart from the name. The two electric dual-engines on the axles allow a combined 680hp and 650Nm which allow the I.D. R a 0-100km/h time of only 2.25s. The topspeed is normally 240km/h but heavily depends on the aerodynamic configuration. The battery can be charged in under 20 minutes thanks to two glycerin-powered generators. 
Other clever technical specialities are the chassis and the brakes, both are made out of carbon fiber to make the car as light as possible. The whole body and all aerodynamic parts are made out of carbon fiber, only the roll  cage is out of steel. With the driver Romain Dumas, the car still weighs under 1,100kg.

The I.D. R Pikes Peak was developed to break records and gain attention, and it all started at the infamous hill climb race that gave the car its name: Pikes Peak. They undercut the old record by more than 15 seconds, the I.D.  R completed the race in just 7:57.148min being the first car ever under 8 minutes of race time.

That wasn't enough for Volkswagen, in 2018, they set a new record for electric cars at Goodwood Festival of Speed Hillclimb with 43.05s. One year later, in 2019, they improved the time to 39.90s which is the total lap record today.

On the well-known Nürburgring Nordschleife is another record, the fastest electric car is here the I.D. R, too. With a lap time of 6:05.336, the R was 40 seconds faster than the previous record holder, the road legal NIO EP9.

The Aston Martin Vantage is in production since 2017 and replaces its predecessor Vantage V8 S after the old Vantage has been built for 12 years, an even stronger V12 version is not approved yet.

However, the new Vantage features a completely new design and technique where Aston Martin had lots of help and parts from Mercedes-AMG. The design is completely unique and is very different to the other Aston Martins such as the DB11. Nevertheless, it gained lots of critics, some people even compared it with the Mazda MX-5 Miata ND.

The most important Mercedes-AMG part is the engine, it is the same 4.0 litre V8-biturbo front-engine as in the AMG GT S but with less power: 510hp instead of 522hp and 685Nm to 700Nm in the GT S.  The 8-speed DCT is from Aston Martin, the GT S uses the 7-speed AMG Speedshift. The Klasen R8 V10 plus Biturbo 1000+ is one of the hardest modifications ever seen on the R8 4S. As the name already tells, Klasen Motorsport used the naturally aspirated 5.2 litre V10 mid-engine and charged it with two Garrett turbochargers.

The engine stayed the same, but huge improvements optimised the engine to endure the power of 1050hp and 1000Nm,which is a power plus of 440hp and 460Nm. The whole kit is developed to be symmetrical for a better structure and weight balance.

The official acceleration times are much higher than the standard ones, with only 2.7s from 0-100km/h, it beats the stock car(3.2s) by 0.5s, the 6.3s from 0-200km/h are 3.3s faster (stock:9.6s), the 14.2s from 0-300km/h are two times faster than usually (stock: 29.5s). The engine is also the same, but without the hybrid system and with less power, nonetheless, 620hp and 630Nm are enough to accelerate the GT in 3.2s from 0-100km/h, it needs 9.0s from 0-200km/h. The topspeed of unlimited 326km/h is equal to the 675LT Spider's topspeed.

As all McLarens, the GT has its 3.8 litre V8-biturbo engine in the middle underneath a trunk. The transmission is, as always, a 7-speed DCT that only powers the rear wheels. The 1530kg weight of the GT are very good for a Gran Turismo and lead to a power weight of 2.47kg/hp. Even though the GT is as lightweight-oriented as all McLarens and features the striking carbon-made monocoque, it is the heaviest McLaren ever. There is lot of luxurious leather and technique in the GT to keep up with the competition.  Because it is the only Gran Turismo that is mid-engined, the trunk needs to be cooled and isolated from the engine heat from below and the sun rays from above. The glass roof over the trunk is heat-isolated but these are the things that make the car heavier. But the GT is also the only Gran Turismo that features not one but two trunks.

The GT's design is the evolution of the 570S and 720S with narrow and wide front- and taillights. It is the only McLaren with two round chromium exhausts in the diffusor which looks a bit more civil than the typical McLaren exhausts.

The McLaren GT is not limited and costs at least 198,000€, but physical car costs around 270,000€ due to the long waiting time when one is ordering a new car now.

The Ford GT Mk II is the homologation car for the 2016 Ford GT Le Mans race car which can be seen on the photo in the background. In contrast to its predecessor it is strictly limited to 1350 units. That may not seem that few, but unlike other car manufacturers a potential buyer has to apply for a slot. Further, it is contractually regulated that you're not allowed to sale the car two years after its delivery.

The 2017 Ford GT is the first GT to use a 3.5 litre EcoBoost V6-biturbo instead of a V8. But it is not as ecological as the name says, 656hp and 746Nm are speaking for themselves. The acceleration from 0-100km/h in 2.8s is more than a second faster than the 2004 Ford GT with 3.9s. The Ford GT is the only current Ford model to break 300km/h, more exactly 347km/h of unlimited topspeed.

The Ford GT Mk II is the homologation car for the 2016 Ford GT Le Mans race car which can be seen on the photo in the background. In contrast to its predecessor it is strictly limited to 1350 units. That may not seem that few, but unlike other car manufacturers a potential buyer has to apply for a slot. Further, it is contractually regulated that you're not allowed to sale the car two years after its delivery. The 2017 Ford GT is the first GT to use a 3.5 litre EcoBoost V6-biturbo instead of a V8. But it is not as ecological as the name says, 656hp and 746Nm are speaking for themselves. The acceleration from 0-100km/h in 2.8s is more than a second faster than the 2004 Ford GT with 3.9s. In the 488 Pista, the 3.9 litre V8-biturbo mid-engine is the most powerful V8 ever in a Ferrari. With 720hp and 770Nm, it accelerates in 2.85s from 0-100km/h and in 7.6s from 0-200km/h thanks to the super fast shifting 7-speed DCT that can be found in almost every modern Ferrari and the rear wheel drive. There is no exact top speed, but according to Ferrari, it can drive faster than 340km/h. With even more carbon parts, the 488 Pista weighs only 1355kg, it became 120kg lighter than the standard 488 GTB. The power weight of 1.88kg/hp is better than most competitors as Lamborghini Aventador SVJ which are even more powerful.

The most special detail is without a doubt the so-called S-Duct in the front that is known from the 488 GT3. This tunnel in the car allows the air to flow straight through the car for downforce and aerodynamics. Additionally, a customizable stripe draws through the S-Duct and over the whole car as Ferrari did it before with the 458 Speciale and the other special editions. This very car here features two black stripes with thin parralel lines.

Because of that much technique, the 488 Pista costs at least 287,186€, which is 70,000€ more expensive than the 488 GTB (215,683€+). The Ferrari 488 Pista is not limited, but it will only be built over a certain amount of time because the 488's succesor, the F8 Tributo is already for sale and uses the same power train and technique as the Pista.

The Aventador SVJ is the succesor of the Aventador SV LP 750-4 and the hardcore variant of the Aventador S. The production of the 900 cars started in March 2019 and is still going on. The Aventador SVJ is also available as Roadster, which is limited to 800 units. This car got optimized by Friedrich Motorsport with new aero parts, a new exhaust system and more power.

The original Aventador SVJ with 770hp and 720Nm from the well-known naturally aspirated 6.5 litre V12 mid-engine is the strongest Aventador ever. It can also be found in the Centenario.

This car now has a total power output of 800hp and 755Nm. The acceleration times are probably even under the 2.8s from 0-100km/h and 8.6s from 0-200km/h of the stock SVJ. The Aventador SVJ's top speed is limited to 351km/h.

The weight of 1525kg is equal to the predecessor Aventador SV, the power weight lays at 1.98kg/hp (stock) or 1.90kg/hp (modified). Thanks to the lighter exhaust system and the aerodynamic parts, the modified SVJ became 7kg lighter.

The SVJ features an optimized version of the ALA system that manipulates the air for better stability and handling. With this system, the Aventador SVJ became fastest production car on the Nürburgring Nordschleife with 6:44,97min, but was soon beaten by the Porsche 991 GT2 RS MR. It also has all-wheel-steering as the Aventador S and the same 7-speed sequential transmission as all new Lamborghinis.

The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ costs at least 419,602€, but all cars were sold before the production even started.

The one-off Koenigsegg Agera X was presented in early 2012 at the Top Marques in Monaco has been for sale on the internet page jameslist.com in autumn 2012 for sale for 888, 888€, because the production number is 88 and it is the 8th build Agera. The Agera X is finished in satin black with red stripes and black rims with white accents.

First, the 5.1-litre-V8 biturbo mid-engine had 940hp and 1100Nm,which is slightly more than the normal Agera but then got upgraded for 180,000€ to 1140hp and 1200Nm, which is equal to the stronger Agera R model.

The Agera R needs 2.9s from 0-100km/h, 7.5s from 0-200km/h and 14.5s from 0-300km/h. The Agera X probably needs a bit longer because of the stronger aerodynamics, for example the big rear wing. All Ageras are limited to 400km/h on the road, but they can go much faster (an Agera RS claimed an official record of 447km/h in 2017). The Agera X has a fully carbon-made chassis because of which it has a weight of 1330kg and a power weight of 1.17kg/hp.

In total, 53 Ageras were produced. The Agera X isn't the only one-off model, because every customer could pay for his very own special edition name. But the Agera X was the first of them and is still seen on public roads or on car shows like the Essen Motorshow.

It is the strongest M4 except the racing-oriented M4 GTS, CS is short for "Clubsport" and a hommage to the many BMW race cars. The 1200 cars have been produced from July 2017 until June 2018. This car here also features a golden and non-factory foiling. As all F82s, the 3.0 litre flat-6 engine sits in the front. It is called S55 and now produces 460hp and 600Nm. It is only available with 7-speed-DCT and rear wheel drive and needs 3.9s from 0-100km/h, making it just a tenth second slower than the M4 GTS. The top speed is electronically limited to 280km/h. With 1575kg, the CS is 85kg lighter than the M4 Competition DKG and 10hp stronger. The power weight is 3.42kg/hp and 0,25 kg/hp lower than the M4 Competition. The M4 CS can be recognized by the modified front and a slightly bigger spoiler lip on he rear. It uses OLED rear lights as the M4 GTS which are better and brighter than the standard LED lights. It is only available with the carbon-ceramic breaks which normally are only optionally available. The M4 CS was only available as facelift with optimised lights and a changed cockpit. After its predecessor Vanquish, it showed a completely new design language oriented on the new Vantage, but with independent optical characteristics that can also be found on the DBX crossover, like the typical grill, a throughout rear light and modern front lights.

As in the Vanquish, a 5.2 litre V12, now with biturbo charging hides under the front hood with a massive power plus that it now is 725hp strong and generates 900Nm. The 8-speed automatic transmission delivers the power to the rear wheels so that the DBS can accelerate from 0-100 km /h in 3.4s, in 10.7s from 0-200 km/h and 39.2s from 0-300km/h.  The top speed of 340km/h (unlimited) is very close to the hypercar One-77 produced by Aston Martin in 2009, only 15km/h slower. With a weight of 1845kg, the power weight of 2.55kg/hp lays more than 0.5kg/hp under the DB11 V12 which is already setting benchmarks.

Since the collaboration between Aston Martin and Mercedes-Benz, the DBS Superleggera is the third car to profit from the technology provided by Mercedes-Benz. The Comand-System is known from many Mercedes-models, and so is the V8-biturbo from the other Aston Martin models. Luckily, this engine will not find his way in the DBS Superleggera. That's because the DBS comes along with more exclusive which is shown by gadgets like the Aston Martin logo that is available in pure gold or carbon-made.

The Mercedes-AMG GT C Roadster Edition 50 is a 500-piece-limited car to celebrate the 50th anniversary of AMG. It was available in two colours names Graphit grey (this car) and Kashmere white.  The special edition also introduced the AMG GT C Roadster, before that it was only available as Coupe.

The McLaren 600LT Spider is the drop-top variant of the fastest member of McLaren's "entrance cars" named Sports Series and the 3rd longtail car from McLaren after the infamous F1 GTR LT racecar and the 675LT. The Spider is in production since 2019 and will be available for only one year. The McLaren 600LT Spider shares its engine, a 3.8 litre V8 biturbo mid-engine, with the 570S/540C, but with slightly more power. 600hp, as the name already tells, and 620Nm are pushing on the rear wheels and are transferred by a 7-speed double clutch transmission. But that's not a problem, 2.9s from 0-100km/h and 8.4s from 0-200km/h (0.2s slower than the coupe) is equal or even better in comparison to its competitors. 324km/h of topspeed is also a very good worth and only 4km/h slower than the coupe. With its kerb weight of 1404kg, it probably sets a benchmark for V8 cabriolets and can exhibita power weight of only 2.34kg/hp. It is even 94kg lighter than the standard 570S Spider. Apart from that, the McLaren 600LT is a very special car with lots of unique features. The one the most obvious are probably the exhausts which are not placed in the rear but on the top of the tail. Because it is right behind the engine, you can often see flames shooting out at high revs. For this unique feature, the middle part of the fixed rear wing is coated with fireproof material. Due to the missing exhausts in the rear, the diffuser now is even extremer for even more downforce, so as the other aerodynamic parts. This car also features some of the MSO parts (=McLaren Special Operations) that can be ordered ex works, which are of use either for optical or aerodynamical purposes. The top speed is specified with 350km/h, making it 10km/h faster than the stock car.

The name is a tribute to Formula 1, where McLaren once started. P1 is short for place one, the pole position and the winner. This P1 is finished in one of the P1-only colours, this one is named Vulcano Yellow. 
Its mid-engine 3.8 litre V8 biturbo is already known from the MP4-12C, but now with much more power: 737hp and 720Nm. It is also supported by an electric engine making 179hp and 260Nm. In the electric mode, the P1 can drive 11km without the petrol engine. But for the maximum power possible, 916hp and 980Nm of torque, the two engines have to work together.

Then, the P1 jumps in just 2.8s from 0-100, in 6.8s from 0-200 and in 16.7s from 0-300. The P1 is electronically limited at 350km/h.

The P1 uses the McLaren-typical carbon chassis named monocoque which includes parts such as engines, passengers, transmission and much more. The monocoque is known for being very light and stiff.

For those clients in whose opinion the P1 isn't extreme enough, McLaren created the track-only P1 GTR with massive 1000hp and an even bigger wing. With Lanzante Motorsports, they presented in 2018 the even stricter limited P1 GT, which combined more length, the power of the P1 GTR and the road legality of the P1.

The Ferrari F12 berlinetta is a luxurious Gran Turismo that was in production from 2012 until 2017. It was the succesor of the Ferrari 599 and has now been replaced by the 812 Superfast.

The Porsche 918 Spyder is Porsche's latest hypercar, even though it has been built from 2013 to 2015. As its name already shows, it is limited to only 918 units.

The Porsche 918 Spyder has been used as a test car of Porsche's latest technologies. Its naturally aspirated 4.6l V8 engine is the same as in the LMP2-used Porsche RS Spyder endurance race car. The hybrid engines and the battery can also be found in the Porsche 911 997 GT3. R hybrid race car, which is an endurance race car, too.

These 3 engines combined (one petrol, two electric engines, which are positioned on both axles) have a maximum power output of 887hp and a maximum torque of 1280Nm in 7th gear (the maximum torque rises from gear to gear). Due to its electric all-wheel-drive, it races in just 2,5 seconds from 0-100 km/h, in 7,1s from 0-200 km/h and in 19,1s from 0-300 km/h. Its rising torque allows the 918 Spyder an unlimited topspeed of 351 km/h.

The 918 Spyder got famous even before its production start, because an 918 Spyder prototype with the optional Weissach package (explained beyond) set a new record at the Nürburgring Nordschleife with 6:47 min for one lap. In 2012, it was the fastest production car on the Nordschleife. It lost that title, but is still the fastest official hybrid production car.

The 918 Spyder was also available with the Weissach Package, including aerodynamic parts made out of carbon, for example the roof, front splitter and more. It also lowered the weight by 40kg.
