Hello 👋🏼...quarantined for 3 months and counting.  Things are looking better 😅 and even though the gyms are not open in NJ, here are a couple of tips you can apply in the meantime. *set aside 30min a day to move (walk, bike, online in home routines, fitness apps,swim) Treat this 30min as an appointment you can not cancel. *plan your meals, don’t graze all day long. The kitchen is in your eye line, I get it! Set markers for your meals. *go through your cabinets getting rid of the “feel good” food.  Processed foods are highly addictive while giving you a false sense of  happy. *drink lots of water, add fruits/veggies for flavor.  Water has 0 calories and helps keep you full. *next time you think you’re hungry, check yourself. Ask yourself if your eating because of actual hunger, cravings, or boredom.  Hope these tips help! I used to hammer myself every time I trained. I tried to lift as heavy as I could, as often as I could. I thought I knew what I was doing, that I knew my body best - but an outside eye can look at what your doing and give you what best for you, not just what feels right that day. 
The day I gave control of my programme to another coach I started making progress.

They looked at my weaknesses and focused on them, which led to my body healing and actually getting stronger.

Sooo...it was a gorgeous day today. 88 degrees, sunny, very few people out, so why not go for a road run...the first since February. What could happen right? Ooph. 
Not even a quarter of a mile in I turn on a side street and promptly roll my ankle. I rolled it right proper too. It hurt like 6 mother f’ers. But I was committed to the run so some stretching, massaging and walking  it off and I was back at it. 
Then just shy of mile 2 I got hit by a car. Yup. I’m ok. Every good runner and cyclist knows how to get hit by a car but still. She never even saw me. Really lady?! With that shirt?! Ugh. 
The rest of the run was filled with my not realizing how hilly Somerville is. Maybe not the best route for my first outing in months but live and learn right?! I often go back and forth about what’s more important, distance or time, but today both were meh. I was happy when I realized I never paused my watch for either of the incidents so maybe I was running on the 8 and change min/mi pace I thought in my head. Objetivo: En lo ofensivo mejorar la capacidad de toma de decisiones, practicar paredes, movimientos sin balón y en lo defensivo orientaciones y coberturas. Crear situaciones reales de juego.

Descripción:  Se colocaran 2 jugadores defensivos y 2 ofensivos. Los 4 harán coordinación en escalera y al terminarla los delanteros recibirán un balón del entrenador para posteriormente tratar de superar a los defensas y buscar la anotación.
