When I started my yoga journey, I stayed away from all the bricks and blocks and weird yoga straps just because I didn’t know how to use them properly.
Only with time, I discovered that instead of making me look weak and as a newbie, they actually empowered me, helped with flexibility, balance and made the everyday practice sooo much comfortable.
IMO, a yoga wheel is the most creative yoga prop out there and the most fun toy to play around during yoga. In a way, it can even replace a block, a strap, and a bolster.
My back has never felt better, and I miss this prop the most when I’m on the road and don't have a chance of taking my wheel with me.
But, probably to everyone’s disappointment, a yoga wheel is not a miracle way to better practice.
In fact, NONE of the props are.
Unless you're consistent with your practice, no prop will compensate for missed yoga classes when you're feeling too lazy to do yoga.
Only with regular practice and effort (and TIME), you will feel the difference in your flexibility, strength, and mind.
