As requested by a few of my students, here's some of my go to poses when I need a quick mobility boost. Some of these I move in and out of a few times to glide my tissues and nerves, some I actively hold for more isometric strength. You might be familiar with some of these from our Tuesdays and Thursdays Mindful Hatha class at 8.30. Play with these and always listen to your body, making the practice and exploration. Remember to consciously breathe. A bad night’s sleep, PMS, someone disrespecting you at the office, your mom nagging you—the list of what can make you irritable goes on and on! Try not to be too hard on yourself; you are not bad for feeling irritable. The expected level of productivity these days is off the charts. Technology is speeding up our lives and we are all struggling to keep pace. We tend to feel our irritability in our skin. It can feel like it’s crawling or as if someone has sanded it off, making us painfully sensitive to even the lightest touch or remark. To rid ourselves of this sensation we usually practice “The Shake,” which is common in Kundalini classes. It’s pretty simple, you just…start shaking! Shake your whole body and when that’s not good enough—JUMP! Shake the way a dog does after a nap, intuitively knowing it’s a great way to get into the now and leave the past behind. If all that shaking hasn’t moved out your irritable energy then try our next favorite, “The Lion.” The simple version is to sit in a kneeling position with your hands facing down on your thighs, fingers spread like lion’s claws ready to swipe. Take a huge breath in, open your mouth as wide as it goes, and let out a huge, full-throated “ROAR!” Repeat two more times and when you’re done you may feel a sense of release and satisfaction. However, please don’t think there is something wrong with you if you still find yourself irritable. These poses won’t fix how you feel, but they just might help to move things along when nothing else is working. And if you’re just not having it with all the yoga stuff? We recommend going straight to Downward Facing Savasana. Quality control 🐮 Every June we go to Zlatar mountain to do yoga in the meadows among the wild flowers. This mountain in South-Western Serbia is famous for its pastures so cows are roaming around freely. This bunch crashed our yoga class in the last year's retreat just to make sure that I was doing everything right. They seemed to be satisfied with what they saw, so they just moved on. En yoga para mantener una postura de equilibrio debemos activar las bhandas (uddiyana y mula bhanda), enraizar muy bien el pie que esta apoyado en el piso y enfocar nuestra mirada hacia un punto fijo . . En la vida, en nuestro día a día también tenemos que lograr un equilibrio para mantenernos firmes frente a los agentes externos y no permitir que nos tambalee. Entonces nuestro Mula Bhanda que debemos activar aquí primeramente es nuestra autoestima, estar claros en lo que somos, nuestras potencialidades y nuestro propósito de vida. En segundo lugar Uddiyana Bhanda, sería activar nuestra comprensión, aceptación y entender que hay cosas que no podemos cambiar pero aún así debemos aceptarlas con mucho amor y compasión. Tener los pies bien puestos sobre la realidad que nos rodea y no trazarnos metas imposibles e inalcanzables y enfocar nuestra mirada hacia el mundo infinito de posibilidades y oportunidades que tenemos por delante. . Al igual que en el yoga al principio nos va a costar un poco, sólo hay que trabajarlo y veremos los maravillosos resultados!!! . Acabando el martes y finalizada mi práctica 🧘🏻‍♀️ Me suelo poner a las 18h hasta las 20h,luego me cambio,preparo cenas,cenamos a las 21h y los niños se acuestan a las 22h. Suelo ver la tele por la noche y a la cama! Hoy he querido hacer esta FISHPOSEVARIATION,variación de la pose del pez y aunq parece una bobada o fácil,me ha costado mucho!!! Probad...🥵 El culo va pegado al suelo,la pierna de delante cruzada sobre la otra tocando con el pie el suelo,espalda arqueada con los antebrazos en el suelo y cabeza hacia atrás. Lo q me ha pasado practicándola es q se me subía la bola de la pierna de delante,todo el tiempo...,los hombros están muy juntos y cuesta arquear la espalda...y cuesta mantener el equilibrio en esta posición ya q solo apoyamos culo y antebrazos. Es la primera vez q la hago,es una pose diferente,llena de dificultades aunq parezca sencilla. How to Get Started with Armbalances ~ it can take a long time before mastering armbalances, even the easier ones. Breaking down poses and gradually progressing towards them while prepping our body is key 🗝 .. ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ انگلیسی : ‪Wide-Legged Forward Fold‬ فارسی : خم به جلو با پای باز سانسکریت :‪Prasarita Padottanasana‬ ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *️⃣ معنی : پراساریتا‪ ‬به معنی بسط یافته و گسترش یافته و پادا به معنی پا است‪. ‬ در این حرکت، پاها باز و کشیده میشوند. ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 😊 نحوه انجام حرکت : ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣ در تاداسانا بایستید. ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2️⃣ دست ها را در کمر بگذارید و پاها را حدودا به طول یک پا باز کنید. ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3️⃣ پاها را محکم کنید و زانوها را بالا بکشید. و مچ پاها را در وضعیتی که کمی داخل تر از پنجه پاها باشند قرار دهید. ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4️⃣ به همراه بازدم ستون مهره را کشیده کنید و به جلو خم شوید و کف دست ها را روی زمین و بین پاها قراردهید. و توجه کنید ستون فقرات شما کاملا صاف و کشیده باشد. ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5️⃣ دست ها را به اندازه عرض شانه فاصله دهید. می توانید در ابتدا و برای سادگی، دو آجر زیر دستان بگذارید تا کشش ستون مهره حفظ شود. به مرور و با افزایش انعطاف آجر را بردارید. ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 6️⃣ در صورتیکه در بدن شما به اندازه کافی کشش ایجاد شده در همین حالت بمانید. ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 7️⃣ اگر دستان روی زمین هستند و توانایی بدن شما برای کشش بیشتر است، به همراه بازدم، آرنج ها را خم کنید و تاج سر را روی زمین و بین دست ها قرار دهید. وزن بدن را روی پاها نگه دارید و آن را روی سر نیندازید. پاها، کف دست ها و سر باید در یک خط باشند. ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 8️⃣ دست ها می تواند مچ پا یا شست پاها را بگیرد. ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 9️⃣ پس از توقف در حرکت به میزان کافی(بسته به توانایی بدن شما)، به همراه دم اول سر را بالا بیاورید، آرنج ها را صاف کنید و پشت را موازی زمین کنید. سپس دست ها را کنار لگن گذاشته و با بازدم از مفصل لگن بدن را حرکت داده و به حالت ایستاده و سپس به تاداسانا برگردید. ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *️⃣ اثرات: کشش پشت ران ها، ساق پاها، کمر و باسن افزایش انعطاف پذیری مفصل لگن افزایش قدرت پاها حرکتی نیمه معکوس ( که میتواند شما را از تاثیرات حرکات معکوس بهره مند کند) افزایش طول ستون فقرات اصلاح وضعیت بدن استراحت  قلب کاهش اضطراب و افسردگی ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *️⃣ موارد منع : جراحت در لگن، زانوها، مچ پاها، شانه ها، کمر، گردن، سر فشار خون یا میگرن مشکل در حفظ تعادل آرتوروز زانو، لگن، شانه ‏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ‏⠀⠀⠀#yoga #yogaeveryday #yoga practice #yogaposes #yogainspiration #yogabamaa #یوگا #یوگا_با_ما#عمیقتر_یوگا_کنیم #یوگا_آموزش #یوگا_آسانا

This winter I’ve been making “Turli Tava” more than any other Macedonian dish. And since the whole family seams to love it, yesterdays I decided to double up the recipe... swipe to see the uncooked vs cooked version 🤩👉🏻 . Turli Tava” is a traditional Macedonian recipe meaning “mixed casserole” 🥘 Depending on the region there are many variations of this dish in the southern Balkans 😉 Recipe👇🏼 . This is a main dish typically made with 3 types of meat. I make it as vegetable side dish and serve it with fish or tofu 😋 . Ingredients ( serves 4) 1 medium onion diced 2 medium potatoes diced 2 medium carrots sliced 1 medium eggplant peeled and diced 1 cup peas 2-3 red/green banana peppers sliced 2 large tomato, blanched, peeled and chopped 1/2 lb okra sliced 2 small zucchini sliced 3-4 garlic cloves roughly chopped 1 teaspoon mild paprika 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/4 tsp dried thyme 1 Tbsp fresh oregano . Hoy ha sido un lunes mejor para mi,me siento con más fuerza y he comenzado con mi rutina de cardio. Fui a correr y me sentí bastante bien aguantando mi hora de rigor,voy notando mi toma de hierro y me siento un poco más fuerte 💪🏼 Esta tarde hice mi práctica de yoga,así q hoy día completo,mi cuerpo ha aguantado,aunq mi práctica no ha sido hoy la mejor del mundo... He “osado” copiar una asana de evadiamantopoulou ,muy atrevida he estado...🤭 y éste ha sido el resultado. Si la veis a ella y me veis a mí,es como de comer a ver comer...pero ella es de las mejores y con poder hacerlo me doy por satisfecha!!😅 Es un HEADSTANDVARIATION con los brazos adelante y palmas de las manos hacia arriba. Hago 2 TOETAPS con piernas estiradas,tocando los brazos con los pies y volviendo a la vertical. Luego trabajo de CORE,COREWORKOUT,agrupando las piernas contra el pecho bajando todo lo posible y volviendo a la vertical. Acabo volviendo las manos y poniéndolas contra el suelo para bajar rodillas a los brazos y mantenerme sobre manos en CROWPOSE. Es más difícil de lo q parece,la he trabajado bastante hasta q he consigo algo un poco decente como esto. Cuando ves a una yogui de éstas tan buenas...te das cuenta de todo lo q te falta!!😩 Te das cuenta de q queda mucho trabajo por delante y de q siempre puedes mejorar en alguna cosa,bien sea técnica,flexibilidad,fuerza,concentración,equilibrio,trabajo de core,elasticidad etc etc etc..
