Nearly 1.25 billion animals have been killed in Australia's raging wildfires with fears entire species being wiped out. Dozens of fires are still burning during one of the worst droughts in history. There won’t be long-term food, water and habitat shortages for surviving animals.

BREAKING NEWS: The Taal Volcano just erupted in the Philippines, forcing the shutdown of the International airport in Manila and causing half a million nearby people to evacuate. This volcano hasn’t erupted since 1977, but 24 million people live within 60 miles of this volcano so further eruptions could be deadly and the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) just raised its status to an Alert Level 4, indicating more serious hazardous eruption is possible within hours to days. Please join us in praying for the Philippines, and the local residents there, and share this post with your followers and tag people who need to see this as volcanic lightning also appeared, which is very rare. In order to get lightning during a volcanic eruption, there needs to be a thick plume of volcanic ash that allows a large charge separation between two masses and volcanos that typically lack a thick volcanic plume, like those in Hawaii that have more lava than ash, rarely have volcanic lightning. #volcano#eruption#prayforphilippines
